Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru [Anticipation]
https://www.flickr.com/photos/earlbox/14744674931/ http://washiosumi.jp/ Staff Original: Project 2H Original Plan: Takahiro Director: Seiji Kishi Series Composition: Makoto Uezu Character Design Original Plan: BUNBUN Animation Character Design, General Art Director: Takahiro Sakai Studio: Studio Gokumi http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news...nounced/.77163 It's an original anime with Seiji Kishi in charge as director. The studio doesn't surprise me but I hope they pull off a decent show.

The OP looks like the character shown has a mini-cow-fairy winged thingamabob. When I first looked at it I thought "Hmm, some kind of high school SoL or drama story?", and then I noticed the mini-cow thing....
I must admit I am puzzled and somewhat curious. Edit: How would the title be translated into English? "The hero Sumi Washio", or something?

The title of the anime is 結城友奈は勇者である, while the original light novel/manga is named as 鷲尾須美は勇者である, and according to information transferred across the web, the anime is things happened 2 years after the latter one.
(T.F. i think the thread's title isn't quite that fit? |

Well, in any event I will give it a try. I generally like the cute girls doing cute things shtick. You know though - Fall is beginning to look pretty interesting for me....

Hmm ... well that description does indeed sound a bit better.
Wonder if the "era of the gods" mean they are interacting with humans more consistently and on a "day by day" basis? And therefore a school club that involved dealing with a mysterious being would be more acceptable?

Uwah ... after seeing those two bits of info I must admit I am more interested as well.
I guess the cow fairy thing is a magical sidekick that helps her transform or something similar? I wonder if it will be mainly a helper and/or adviser (like Luna from Sailor Moon) or an actual necessary element for the MC's transformation (like in some of the PreCure series)?
