I'm definitely interested in sprites but the translation better be perfect. That's the important part for me.

The Steam version is released a few hours later than the version you can download from MangaGamer's website.

Seems like they changed "Higurashi" to "cicadas" in the new translation.

EDIT: Seems I was wrong, they only changed it in the prologue and follow it up in the next scene with an explication that Higurashi's are a type of cicadas.

EDIT 2: I have only read till midway of the scene where the reader meets Rena for the first time, but I have to say that the new sprite used to show Rena being troubled doesn't really convey that emotion very well.

Time to sleep now.

The Steam version is on a 10% discount until May 22nd.

Don't know if I'll buy it just yet, but definitely before that discount ends!

So they "fixed" the breasts for some sprites (Mion's casual+school ones), but not for others like the sports clothes ? What the hell MG.

I was just about to link that. Faulerro is one of the best abridgers out there, and he did a great job with Onikakushi. Watch it before his entire channel gets copyright claimed out of existence!

Bough it. After some checking, it seems like we can :
- replace sprites/backgrounds
- mod scenes to add new bgs/sprites and CGs
- replace music
- add voices (didn't test yet, but should work)
- create brand new scenes like the Alchemist's. Tough making choices features might be a bit complicate.
- making a language patch

It's really mod friendly. I had no problem to add a graphic full textbox either.
