Kallen was prepared to abandon them all for his sake before the lie about her "being his best pawn" and i'm pretty sure that after she heard his last words to her that feeling increased rather than decreased(check out her desperate call for them to stop before Rolo geasses them all and escapes). |

by the way is anyone else surprise how well Lelouch took this?
I mean he sure went on a little emo rage but he didn't take as terrible as other times. I mean he just lost nunnally but he still thought about others during this time. I meant he could have Geass everyone there but he decided not to. |

Well, he could've Geassed Toudou and the rest up there to give the order for them to stand down, that'd work just as well. But I'm sure they already had a precaution of don't believe me if I say stand down, worked out since they knew Lelouch could do the unthinkable with Geass.

Yes he's accepted his fate. Heck he's smart enough, he probably guessed things would turn out like this if his identity was revealed.
His only miscalulation was Kallens loyalty and he needed to resort to a bit of gentle persuasion together out of the line of fire. |

Though he obviously cared enough to pass on his last words to her.

What i thought was surprising was the line after it. Why even say it. Unless you want the person to know how you really felt. |

The fact Lelouch was apologizing for letting her down was a surprise to itself. I got to admire how Lelouch so often plays the hero while acting the villain.

I'm wondering how he'll go after the emperor right now. KMF's are looking for him right now and everybody is against him. Can't wait to see how this plays out. Seems he got his resolve back real quick at the end of the episode.

He has to play the hero by playing the villian he dosn't want anyone to know his true objectives or who he really was, well now thats all out in the open he might starting being more....normal? The reason he said he was using all of them as pawns was because he didn't want to hurt anyone else i think and he was just ready to die or pay for his deeds(doubt that though) but now he has to take his dad to hell which he wont lie about lol

I think Rolo sacrificing his life for him made him realise he is not done yet. He still has to make the emperor pay. |
