This "can't forgive" list is based on how much your favorite character got hurt by them, since Mikoto is popular and Telestien pulled a badshit crazy lame villain only to knock out Mikoto with no injuries was enough to piss off her fandom, just check on some blogs like Randomc to see how much Telestina got hated.
