I think Norse Mythology important. but Road to Endymion no, it has great moments, but that's it.

Road to Endymion is important because people would keep asking why they couldn't see the tower in Railgun.

Well, this series has never been in love or romance genres. So, I don't expect much from Kamachi to put the main protagonist(s) with any heroine(s).. but, I accept that the moment when the girl (like biri) show up can somewhat make the fan say "yea!"

Anyway, Accel is not a girl, right? Touma's illusion really affect people imagination

ok, but personally speaking, if you want to skip it for fear of losing something very important I recommend that do not be afraid, but it's a fun volume, full of explosions, Touma with cheap tricks and Religion Hindu, I think this is the volume Touma showed that more knowledge about the city where he lives and stunned all with the your knowledge about chemist. definitely not a boring volume.

ps:it also shows how the space elevator is built.

No matter how much I think about it, considering the entire Kamijou family and Misaka family know each other/are friends and etc, Mikoto getting married to Touma seems the obvious thing to happen or something, and that I am sure their parents would do an automatic thumbs up, especially Misuzu lol
