It is not an impossible scenario since they are hinting a link bewteen "Seiou" and Vivo. Since we know very little with regards to her and her abilites, heck even the Japanese wiki did not even state her name outright, other than say its highly likely its "Vivo". The role of a enermy later on is not that unlikely.....

I'm indeed hoping for Erio development, the kind that leds to a final strike sort

And that would be one of the biggest wakeup calls in the OC thread. Rumor is rife that the God Empress is returning, and many new followers have appeared. Imagine the Velka community questioning their own beliefs... (sigh...) It's gonna be so epic if that were true...

Hmm must find something to talk about...Erio should learn to hold onto Strada even if his hand is being cut up. That kind of thing could open him up to another attack. Yeah surfed through the episode looking for something.

Never good to get too caught up in similarities. Sometimes it doesn't lead to much, though it never hurts to keep ones eyes open.

Just thinking they could do a nice job of turning the relic into a little tiara for Caro. If you could ignore the power it has that'd be a nice jewel for decoration.

... Actually, I can see that confusion of rank (the word for Vice Admiral in Japanese is also the one for Lieutenant General). His uniform is blue, so I assumed he was a part of the "navy". I've seen no indication he's apart of the ground forces, just that he's the representative of the capital city defense forces, which could mean he's the spokesman for either the ground forces defending Cranagan, the air forces defending said capital, or both.

As for the seiou, isn't the Saint Church the "Seiou Kyoukai"? So wouldn't the official translation of seiou therefore be "Saint"?

If you rewatch episode 2, you'll see in the flashback that Hayate is wearing the blue uniform as well. Apparently, the Ground Division has two uniforms, brown and blue. Navy seems to be black and Air Corps is white and blue.

For some reason, Carim's wearing the same uniform as well...

Chrono is the only one that I've seen wearing black/grey colou- No wait, one of the three legendary Admirals is also wearing it...

I think the reason why she is working with Battalion 108 and not the other mobile section is not because it's their turf, but rather because she does not trust the other sections.

That being said, I seriously doubt that Regius is a conspirator with the enemy. He seems too ignorant and iron fisted for that. Although his secretary screams covert Number to me

If there is a suspect than I would nominate one of the 3 legendary admirals.

Oh, really? Explain Leti's blue uniform as shown when her portrait showed up on Regius's display. AFAIK, Leti is an Admiral in the TSAB's "navy". The entire crew of the Arthra also wore this blue uniform in the first 2 series.
