Wouldn't it be awesome if it somehow was that Shirou though? Disregarding the whole "I no longer want to be a hero I just want to protect Sakura thing which would make it unlikely for him?/her? to become a heroic spirit or counter guardian. Emiyla vs Archer go!

There would be no instance where Shiro could stand up to Archer and have a prayer of winning. Fighting while you are a novice against yourself at the mastery of your abilities... there is no chance for you to win.

Who said anything about fighting? The Shirouku in the Heaven's Failure doujins is even weaker than normal Shirou, due to being being transferred into Ilya's body at the end of Heaven's Feel route. And first, "DOUJIN", it doesn't really happen. But I want to see Archer's reaction to finds out out that he turns into a girl in an alternate dimension. Or from the page in the doujin

Rin's jaw and cheek structure is different, while Saber's forehead and eyes are different sizes than normal.

I agree. Shiro looked like a pile of clay in the anime. Much better there. Rin's face looks more rounded to me. More of a gentler look. Saber on the other hand looks more edgy.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was simply because of the shift of main character focus and people want the MAIN main characters to look the best, lol.

In the regular Fate/Stay Night, the focus was mostly on Shiro and Saber.

In Unlimited Blade Works, however, the focus is much more on Rin and Archer.

Isn't the general rule of thumb for movie subs six months?

mostly yea. few ever keep to that schedule though. its almost always a lil bit more. take the bleach movie 3 for instance: took over 9 months for dvd release. i always assume a year neway coz u dont get disappointed that way lol

no its the excalibur, look at the hilt. and the words scribble on the caliburn is alot longer than on the excalibur
