No, 天子 is just a title, like how Tenno, Kaiser, and Tsar are titles.

In chinese, Tianzhi means the son of the skies or something, and it's a term only used on Emperors.

And all the Emperors of China are guys, maybe except for 1, I think.

So I think that it's quite inappropriate for Tianzhi to be a girl's name or title.
