No, she's not. You can clearly see that she and Zazie are standing on a Mahora-style roof as they are looking out over the Gravekeeper's Palace. Not only is there none of that kind of architecture near the GKP, there are no other buildings near the GKP. They're still at Mahora, and it's an illusion, presumably based off of the same "feed" Zazie is receiving from Poyo that keeps her up to date. Plus, what I can make out of Eva's dialogue (what isn't blocked by the site watermark) confirms that it's a vision.

well, whatever, the most important thing is to see Eva's face of disbelieve seeing her little boya has grew to the same level(if not higher) as she is

I say that what's going on in that panel is still up in the air. After all, given how she confronted Shirabe during the first day of the Ostia festival, Nodoka is well aware of what she's going to do and, and the shot of her supposedly getting attacked in the last panel is actually a shot of her trying to get herself and Natsumi out of the way of Shirabe's fiddle blast (which is made hard since her hands are bound behind her back).

Nodoka's way too smart to let herself get taken out that easily. This is probably going exactly as planned.

I'm wondering what Asuna is going to do. With everything that's happened to her recently, she might snap back into the emotionless killing mode she briefly tapped into during her fight with Setsuna back in the tournament arc. I still don't think we've seen the last of that.

the chapter doesn't so good comparing to the excitement when I looked the spoiler pics, I don't give a damn about the blind girl so a few pages about her reason joining the fight is just useless for me.
the next one would be a great chapter as we will(perhaps) see Eva's reaction on Negi's thunder body

Its offical, Shirabe's past is more tragic than any other character in the series (Atleast from what is heard from others is that her race was hunted down to exinction for their horns). Serious, if no one feels atleast a sheroud of sympathy for her than you are simply heartless bleepers.

Ontop of the chapter she show that she could handle a few enemy's and still achieve her goals, making her alot better than the others.

That is so true. Given her past, I can clearly understand why she'd want to take part in a ceremony that results in the "rewrite" of the Magical World (and why she'd be the one who'd stay behind and assist Fate while the rest deal with Negi's crew).

Most tragic past in the series? Not only does Chao have a more tragic past, she has a more tragic future. I think Shirabe and Eva might be tied for second. Setsuna used to be a distant third, but then sweet Ojou-sama pactios made everything better. And let's not forget Mana's dead partner of unknown origins. Chachamaru didn't think she had a soul.

eh Chao is all speculation as we've never actually seen a explicit flash back for her or her future, while she drops a lot of hints on what had happened Akumetsu never gave us definite events so saying her life blows and her future is hopeless is baseless as we don't know how she's managing in her time line.

Well, Zazie's sister did say something about being locked in an endless war with Earth. Pretty sure that's pretty bad no matter what led up to it.

For all we know, she could be purposedly saying those kinds of things so that Negi will definitely choose the path that he choose now...perhaps if it's not for that, there won't be a harem end and Negi won't have Chao as his descendant :P

That would most likely imply that she had been lying to him. And she explicitly said that she was not one to lie.
