Is this a good anime/manga to read? I dont know much about it but what kind of manga is this? battle or drama?

It's your battle/supernatural type manga but it still has a bit more gore than typical shounen...though as of the latest chapters I have no idea where the plot is

Ah! I was just about to read this manga. It's a good thing I found out it's going to be turned into an anime before I started. I'll hold on the manga until after I watch the anime then - don't want to be spoiled.

Echoing some posters above, I really hope they do this well and not butcher it like they did with SDK (...and I still wish they'd redo the SDK anime - it's one of the best manga).

So there is now an anime... regardless of how good or bad it is, I'm in, mostly because even though I'm extremely far behind in terms of the manga, I always found it interesting. Sadly, the last part of the manga that I remember off the top of my head is

does that tell you how far behind I am?

Well they do have the director of FMA:brotherhood working on this and Kinema Citrus can make some nice looking stuff so I'm optimistic.

Since Yasuhiro Irie has previously worked on FMA:B, I bet this anime will likely stay true to the manga with little to no differences.

I expected it to air in fall but its nice to see it confirmed. I read a chapter of the manga a couple monthes ago when the anime was announced and i liked it. Guess i should get back to that .
