"Kodomo ja nai, Koromo da!!" I see The Koromo is still going strong. A certain yandere and a certain yangire also got in. Is psycho-moe one of the themes for group 7?

Subaru getting in is good news for me. Ayumu too, as my favorite Hayate girl.

But for My Lovely Ghost Yuuko-san, she has to undergo yet another gauntlet of equally hungry challengers jostling for a spot in the main tourney...

To summarize the first half:

- Shana and Taiga still look strong in Group 6
- Saki, Koromo, Saki-Achiga, Toki are setting the pace as the team to beat this year. (Especially with Ako powering up past Toki's previous high vote total to win group 8)
- In addition to Shana and Taiga, Toshino Kyouko is the first sign of competition not representing Saki. It helps that YuruYuri is current so it may help her chances.

As for my choices advancing to the main tournament:

Looks like season 2 helped Kyouko out, or is Kyouko actually more popular than I give credit for, beating Toki's high score and all? Ako becomes the next person to beat in terms of high vote counts. Saki really does look like the team to beat with their army just beginning to assemble itself.

1. This group is weaker than Toki's
2. Vote numbers has been steadily increasing (I stop keeping track of total # of codes, though...)

8-2-0 (Total 50-28-2) Not bad at all. Marika is definitely weaker than I thought she would be, Ako gets the Saki votes so finishing first is not a big surprises...

(I sense a pattern here...Kugamiya and K-On)

But then there is "Nodoka the Kugimiya Killer". She's only missed one of the mains so far...and she could get another shot at the one that she missed....Taiga.

Or 2010 where they again get shut down, but by Nagi and Azusa. (I sense a pattern here...Kugamiya and K-On) But then there is "Nodoka the Kugimiya Killer". She's only missed one of the mains so far...and she could get another shot at the one that she missed....Taiga. __________________
