I don't know how reliable this information is, but TWGOK anime is arriving this FALL/AUTUMN!!! (I'm not an american so I prefer autumn)

Nah, if you bring it to the court, most likely it would be viewed as consensual. The momentum for the kiss has been built up for a long while before it finally happens. If the girl were not socially inept (which in this case she seems to be), she could have seen what was going to happen and rejected it.

In fact, that's just how many first kiss are. Guys close up, girls keep still, which can be translated to an ok-sign, then smooch. I can't see it as disturbing, except if kissing is universally disturbing or requires marriage like in some cultures and religions.

It would be considered as such, especially since she did beat him away with the box when he first got close to her(though she might've been just trying to preserve her personal space, as it looks like she didn't understand why he came so close). Then again, he is trying to save her life and giving birth to a demon. So the ends justify the means?

Or this could be a way for Kemia to learn more about her (considering he gathered zero info) and see if she really lacks the basic human reaction and social skills other students have (she doesn't seem to understand how to interact with other humans) and how to deal with her from that point.

Anyway, going from this chapter alone, the capture is far from over. There seems to be a deeper reason for why she wants to create a human other than showing it at the fair, and her lack of awareness of others is also odd (maybe she will end up as being a mirror for Kemia's to look at and finally realise that he shouldn't lose touch with reality)

That and it ended as a cliffhanger, so it will probably turn out the opposite of what it alluded to next chapter. Though I personally would prefer if we returned to the shorter captures again, after the last two large servings we had.
