Seeing that there was recently a psp port released, it's safely to assume that they will keep all of the old seiyuu's from the game.

Obviously they're going to be cutting a lot of content.

Chances are high but not 100%. It was 52 eps for Da Capo, 49 for Clannad and current Little Busters most probably would be at least 37 eps total. About 40-50 eps is enough for proper adaptation of the Grisaia no Kajitsu and Meikyuu+Rakuen need much less(at least Meikyuu didn't have enough story even for a cour).

Writing for eroge and writing for anime has much difference. Game writing needs to be drawn out and much longer.

As long as key points are not cut, it should be ok

IMO the game had very descriptive lines to make it long combined with some padding in the earlier parts
Spoiler for spoiler:

I really don't think they'll be adapting the character routes in any real way. I don't expect this to run more than a cour, but hey, I've been wrong plenty of times.

I can't wait to hear what frontwing has to say about the anime at ACE. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping either production ig ,whitefox, or Bones to be doing the anime

I'm concern of the content rather than the length... if this ends wonderfully like Clannad and Da Capo.. no problem... coz I'll worship it...

I have no clue about the game but the talk here got me interested. Specially if its a long one. I will watch out for this one.

The game length of Kajitsu is slightly overrated. The huge length primarily comes from the common route, which has lots of silly but mostly not that relevant stuff (daily antics in Mihama Gakuen) in it that contributed to the development of the characters. The individual routes (5 of them) took around 6 hours each for me to finish, eventhough it does depend on your reading speed.

We could actually/probably cut them into 2-3 hours each, considering (if I'm not mistaking) since in most VN, the MC's monologues and narrations usually took more hours than the actual dialogue lines...

I read fast and I tend to skip the hero's monologue or read it fast but I always like to hear the heroine's voice. That's why I tend to hear it when playing vn games.

Specially if the game has a good cast of seiyuu. I tend to take time when playing that type of games.

Most likely we will be getting more news when Rakuen is available. The initial news that Kajitsu will be getting an anime was close to the original release date of Rakuen before it got delayed

This will definitely become one of the best anime adapted from eroge because of its strong plot and serious touch.

Yeah that's what I expected, maybe it will lead to delays instead.
