Well she seems to be the unrivaled strongest so much so that her death would have an equilavent effect o the PM's death, considering that was simply an ability and doesn't exactly infer comparative strength (just because Akame's sword affects Esdes doesn't mean she herself is stronger than heretc), he's most probably strong but I'd guess she's stronger considering even Night raids boss considered her the strongest.

Anyway that urn contained a monsters blood that could control ice, those that drink it either go mad or they are accepted by the blood and it becomes there teigu.

Well that's true. we see how stronger she is. And that's why would make zero sense for her to change side and explain why the author make Tasumi said that she is impossible to change in this ch(or something like this).
Anyway about the Urn , so that's the reason why the Pm react that way when Esdes stay herself. So her teigu and Tatsumi teigu are basically 2 monsters.
But to think I was right time ago to say that maybe was the mark. So in the end we find out that the thing Esdes give to Tatsumi have the same mark on her chest and the urn with the monster blood that become her teigu.

They mentioned Suu react to Najenda so that does mean he's her teigu now like the pet of pet girl? But if so why mentioned that they just let her lend him?

I would assume so. He's isn't human (in the same sense as everyone else) and some of his basic Tegiu abilities are like Kuro's. Only he has personality, history and other human characteristics. He's more like servant/bodyguard with a lot of multi-purpose functionality. As for the whole "lend" deal, I guess the Army leaders probably didn't want to part with him, but didn't have choice once it responded Najenda/Nadezhda. This bring up a question though, how old exactly is Susanoo and how does much has seen about the Empire since then?

Chelsea doesn't strike me as a Tsundere at all, she seems pretty opened most of of time and yet very mischievous. Mein is the closet person to one in this series, but it's hard call her one entirely either.
