Woah. Never noticed before its "ears" could fold up in front of its face like that. Awesome.

according to syd, the guy who hosts HLJs gunpla TV on youtube, the decals are available again... he mentioned that on the latest episode which was uploaded on the 25th and he said they are available on HLJ again. but they are still listed as discontinued :T
i think you should keep an eye open for them on HLJ, maybe they will be in stock again there soon!

speaking of decals and syd, on his website (http://www.gaijin-gunpla.com/) he mentioned in his MG banshee review that you can actually order the golden waterslide decals for the limited version of the banshee from bandai! the decal sheet is considered a part of the model, so you can order a "replacement" for it^^

In the end, the redesigned chest for the OVA gunpla is a little bit tacky.

What exactly was changed on the chest? I've looked for a comparison on the web. They mentioned the legs, v-fin, head and weapons, but nothing about the chest...

indeed. i prefer the simpler chest that is closer to the design of the unicorn.
ive been thinking about giving it the armored arm VN instead of the beam magnum...

the OVA banshee has a yellow piece above the cockpit hatch and a yellow collar:

Thank goodness backlogs exist! My fellow members in my local IPMS are selling me their 1/144 Full Saber kits! I already bought one and I'll buy a second one on Monday.

i like that the banshees that we both built are so different^^ that way we have photos of the OVA version and the novel version which makes it easier for others to decide which version they want and if they want to buy the banshee in the first place!

but personally i still really prefer the novel design. it has the same clean look to it as the unicorn but it has just a little more color to make it stand out.

at first i was a also little pissed that bandai changed the armor color to a dark blue. because that way even if you do build it as the novel version it isnt 100% ver.ka accurate if you dont paint it. but then i realized the great contrast between the orange psycho frame and the blue armor. blue and orange are complementary colors afterall, which creates one of the strongest contrasts you can get and it works really well to make the design of the suit pop more^^

when i look closely at the ova ver, it look more resemblance of the lion more than the novel ver due to the yellow collar & the colored crest in unicorn mode

im fine with the ova design , the armed armoured is unique compared to other conventional beam rifle/bazooka

Is MG Gafran cancelled? I haven't seen its boxart yet, heck, even a prototype alone.

Edit: At last, I finally have Deep Striker!!

None yet so far. I just got this afternoon. I'm prioritizing RC Nightingale whose WIP was already posted here: http://redblondemean.wordpress.com/reviews/non-bandai/

But honestly, I really want to start on it first. RC Nightingale got me frustrated because of its problems.

If they're planning to release MG Age-2 N and DB, then I'm cool, HAHA!

They already announced the AGE-2 Normal afaik, which makes it more likely for the Double Bullet to follow suit.
