I did not mix up the two terms. Neo-Keynesianism is a fundamental part of neoclassical synthesis. But in any case, mainstream economics has moved far beyond the neoclassical synthesis with rational expectation and the new theories developed since the latest financial crisis.

Not to cut in on something like that (I am a little rusty on wholesome economics myself), but aren't those "new theories" simply based on Keynesian principles of fiscal policies? The same old C + I + G + NX = GDP, and raising G would increase GDP?

Based on the stupid old AS/AD graph, the Keynesian range is drawn as a straight line, meaning which the price level will stay the same regardless of the change in GDP, and to keep things at that "affordable level", he advocated deficit spending.

The real problem with "economics" is that is puts too much emphasis on crowd-behaviour and herd-effects, rather than the actual study of opinions on the ground - sure the Elliot Wave Principle might prove the predictions right, but they forget that it isn't matched against rate of data-flow as the world shrinks.

What you are referring here is the standard definition for GNP, this is not a Keynesian principle.

All mainstream economic thoughts presume that agents are rational and presumed to maximize consumption. I don't know where you get the idea that neoclassical economics advocates people trade happiness for money since "happiness" is rarely discussed in macroeconomic theory. Simply put, I haven't run across any of the things you mentioned here.

In fact, the opposite is true. Herd effect is an under-explored issue in economics. If all agents are presumed to be rational, then people's behaviors should not be influenced by others. Therefore, herd effect is rarely explored, unfortunately.

I don't know what "opinions on the ground" mean. Nor is Elliot Wave principle relevant to macroeconomics since it's a form of technical analysis for market trading. It has no relevance to macroeconomics.

And here, I thought Masakaki was bad from the start. This man, along with his many other counterparts, are just evil.

So, Mikuni takes a huge risk by pumping in a large sum of money into the system so he can save Japan from C. Last time I checked, he is using inflation, which, most of the times, takes a negative approach during the outcome. Well, Singapore disappeared, and it is impacting a number of countries surrounding it. Luckily, Japan suffered minimal damage, but for what? Japan's stocks started to drop substantially, then spiked up exponentially until it crashes and sticks in one spot. Mikuni managed to save the present, but took away a good amount of the future as collateral. Mikuni took a huge risk, and the benefits might not have balanced out the discourse that happened following it.

Things started to seem okay in Kimimaro's point of view. Things started to see fine and normal. Nothing major has happened yet. That was until multiple aftershocks occurred after Mikuni's gamble. A park filled with children and parents are replaced with homeless men in a barren land. His co-worker disappears. The Hanabi family starts to forget about him, and Hanabi turns into a depressed state other than having a bad cold. Because he does not forgive what Mikuni has done for the people's futures, Kimimaro is ready to fight against him, with Jennifer by his side. Msyu does not like his idea to fight against the system because she will disappear along with it. It makes it worse that she has feelings for him as well. Still, Kimimaro wants the worlds future back and will do anything to get to the way it was from before he joined this society, no matter how minimal it will be.

So Mikuni traded 20years of his future to print more midas money in order to save japan? Think he's only delaying the inevitable and was a worthless gesture. That settlement part was the worst as well. Lol when Masakaki was jumping around after getting more funds.

So Kimmimaro's father had a similar looking asset to Msyu. Since it meant that they had similar futures i guess that his father's asset was his unborn sister. Then Msyu could be his daughter.

Best part was Msyu finally revealing that she love him and wants a real kiss. Hopefully is he can destroy the FD maybe things can change and they can be lovers instead of father and daughter.

From Ep9,I don't think Kimimaro will defeat Mikuni.

Because defeat him would cause his company which had already have control of 80% company in Japan have another aftershock and the company 's future being changed to money to Kimimaro and that is what Kimimaro trying to prevent.

My assumption is Kimimaro will discover how his father escaped from financial district before final deal is made and prevent Kimimaro disappear and then made Mikuni escaped through the same way.By this way,the asset and futures Mikuni owns will not be affected anymore by Financial district.

I am trying to tie all the separate plot threads together.

Mikuni's actions saved the present at the expense of the future. Only three babies born in one week? Maybe it's better for people to suffer now and survive in the long run, rather than live for the moment and screw the world over tomorrow.

I get the feeling Kimimaro's father entrusted his future to Kimimaro, which is why their assets look so similar. Something tells me Mikuni was the one who did Kimimaro's father in as well.

There is no doubt. A confrontation between Mikuni and Kimimaro is all but inevitable. As the hero, Kimimaro will win and set Japan on the correct economic track.
