Well he did say:

Welcome! I'd say Keima is a shoe in, too good at capturing the hearts of the ladies... I think Koyomy Araragi is a bit of a hazard too. |

One of my friends found the poster, and noting the date at the top of it, had me look and see if there was a more recent one for him. I found my way here through Google Images. XD
BTW, out of curiousity...was KissxSis's protagonist ever given mention? I don't know anything about the series myself, but my friend said he should be on the poster. |

Keima gets a pass on my list since he relates to me. But could share Haqua from time to time.

Naming Names for the list is pretty easy, but what I think we need to settle first are the conditions of which to rate each individual sinners' bounty and threat levels... If you look back at the early ones they seem to be extremely haphazard and random... Something like...
1. Combat Risk 2. Harem Size 3. Harem Quality 4. Popularity (Real-life) Also, I would suggest letting the older names die off Their series is over and so they're no longer a threat to anyone...

I'm pretty sure even his legacy has all but died off- No matter how horrible The modern harem lead comes with at least 2-3 GAR moments as a standard package, and the [Indecisive] mod is being replaced by the upgraded [Density] model I mean, hell if Rebuild=Shinji can become GAR, there's really nobody else in the World that has any excuse to be a spineless indecisive coward
