Ah, character development. One of the most important things to do to have a cast that keeps readers reading. I guess I can only say that some things are bland, some things aren't, since I haven't really written a fic myself. I do online roleplay however. Wait, isn't that somewhat similar?

I have no clue how to roleplay/write romance, since most of my characters aren't into it much. Kinda like me in a way. Even though I have no experience with it, I'm sure quite a few people that write fics do it wrong. You can tell it's wrong if you cringe every time you read it. The only way having cringeworthy/cliche things happen is if both the people are trying to obtain such a thing.

You're not wrong, just terrible timing. We're discussing how to write stories with good character development, and you're the only person who mentions the White Knight's core for no reason.

It's like during a UN meeting about helping out Africa and some random fuck talks about killing China. It's nessecary, yes, but we're not talking about that subject at this moment.

Okay, so I forget but multiple people have put up the idea of Ichika being turned into a girl multiple times already and the last time just happened a page ago. Now I propose this question as an add-on thought.

What if when Ichika got genderbent, he lost his ability to fly IS?

I mean what if being a guy was actually a pre-requisite for him to fly IS as opposed to women having to be women?

The only stuff I came up with is:
• a serum that can allow dudes to pilot IS units BUT for 24hrs
• a weapon that can destroy IS cores, that's similar how kamen rider delta's, 555's & kaixa's most common (aka the rider kick) of destroying orphnochs
• a theory that phantom task were the ones that funded tabane, when she was creating white knight
• another theory about ichika's parents used to be phantom task's top scientists that not helped tabane create the PROTOTYPE of white knight's core & byakushiki used to be a P.T IS unit & was created by ichika's parents also

The serum thing is...actually a pretty good idea, if implemented correctly. If the user stop using it, his body will wither away until he takes another dose, but taking it means that he's giving up his humanity. I can't dig in to this too deep, but anyone else here want to try their luck?

thanks, i came up with while designing my fan character, & the dude that uses it will have to keep on taking more of the serum, BUT there r some SIDE EFFECTS
