It feels like you are trying to get a scientific explanation when magic in the story is out of the principles of this world.

When you have stuff like Sweep razing Sodom and Gomorrah and holy miracles those kinds of stuff like gravity and radiation seem pale in comparison. maybe that's where they get their info from...

Or they simply scryed the Sun or something.

The bit with the 'Walking Church can survive being thrown into the sun' was in Vol16 intermission 3 I think, where Villian's carriage had that function but was disabled.

He comes back in NT but their are question on what the term dead is.

In the books it says he died twice.

The first being when he lost his memories and the second when he fought Gabriel.

So its more like who he is has died again.

Hopefully Bardway keeps his mouth on a tight leash so he has to keep his speeches short. She represents what most of us want: for Touma to shut up for awhile and let his right hand do the talking.
