...............Do we need to email a moderator to get them to make a thread?
This isn't an abandoned sub-forum, so I know they didn't forget about it.

The OVA's street date was today and as far as I know it didn't air on TV anywhere (someone correct me if I'm wrong), so thread created today. I'm not going to keep track of zero-day rips...

Anyway, Index II Episode 4 thread created as well.

You have to take Japanese tone into account. While the 29th is today here, it was yesterday in Japan. Early sellings is a factor as well.

It's not a requirement that the thread be created to be part and parcel with the early release of the Japanese raws. It's there now anyway, so problem solved...

I'm not convinced that there is enough material presented in the anime yet to really carry a good discussion. Certainly, there's nothing new now that would make me think he deserves a thread if he didn't before. I'm not interested in created threads that will be filled mostly with novel discussion, so let's wait until he gets a more pronounced role in the anime.
