That depends on the when you're exactly referring to. If you mean when it was still in magazine serialization, then no, there was no cover like that. but afterwords there was.

Well, finally the translations have come out ... well thanks to everyone who contributed in translating this chapter ... that being said ...

Well, after the translation of the chapter came out it looks like a pretty interesting chapter ... well some of the gags cracked me up, for example Ruby-san and the tape ... and it looks like Ruby has even gotten herself a fan club - the member's of the club are as always jealous of Tsukune's popularity.

And it looks like Gin doesn't consider someone a men if he isn't into peeking and other perverted stuff From the looks of things, it seems that Kokoa has a admirer (Heiji), not that she doesn't have means to defend herself from admirers that annoy her.

Well, I think that underneath the gags and "ecchi" situations I think this chapter showed the dynamics between the girls belonging to Tsukune's harem a bit more, that despite what was suggested in chapter 23 ( polygamy ) it seems that they still want him only for themselves, and don't want to share Tsukune between them.

And it seems that one of the reasons why Tsukune is having difficulty in choosing the girl who he wants to be with is that he places his friendship with the girls around him (Moka, Kurumu, Yukari, Ruby, Mizore) as something precious to him, and doesn't want to loose them (at least that's the feeling I got from this chapter).

So this could be what holds Tsukune from confessing his feelings to Moka, well part of the reason at least, the other one is Inner Moka's chalenge ...

So it looks like I now have to wait for chapter 26 ... at least it's only half a month away ... well I hope that the first release of RV II in the new year will be something epic, but maybe I shouldn't get my hopes so high

2 weeks to another chapter... And there is not much to be discussed in chapter 25.

I'm really confused why not many scanlator look for this manga, although i think this manga is rocks out there. I hear Rosario + Vampire is in 5 best seller in US.
