Oh you mean the drama cd which was an insert in the december issue of Comptiq, which was somwhat Christmas related.

That was the majority of the drama cd about. Ayaka and Saber are spending the christmas at some place (forgot where) and they ended up finding the dead body of caster. So saber was trying to find the person who killed caster in a comedic type of detective story.
All of the people in this short drama are pretty much out of character with their stupidity XD

Since Anime Contents Expo is starting, just to let you all know, TYPE-MOON will be selling "Fate/Prototype -Animation material-" in their booth. A book of storyboard illustrations of Fate/Prototype, including illustrations that were not aired in the OVA.

I don't think it means anything. More than likely they're just scratch work made for the OVA. Obviously not everything always fits into a small amount of time, so some things were cut.
