I'd just like to get this picture resized to 100x100 and maybe get rid of that text in the upper right corner but not a high priority.
And the size, if possible should be around 29-30kb.

Well here you go, seeing as how the picture resolutions aren't anywhere near each other it wasn't exactly possible to get a perfect 100x100 square with the whole picture. So I cropped out the main focus and made another one of the whole pic that turned out to be 75x100.
