as the title says, im looking for somthing similar to bleach and naruto. Actually more towards the bleach direction would be better. Plenty of action where the main character is a male and is becoming stronger and stronger throughout the series (just like ichago

)
Also a demon or something similar inside of him is a plus but not a must! (just like the hollow in ichago and kyubi in naruto

)

Seems like you have the similar taste as me, though i havent seen many series where there are demon or something inside of the main character like Naruto/Bleach.

But heres a few other/ all of them are like superpower/action.
Anime which The main character gets stronger throughout the series:
D.Gray-man
Shounen Onmyouji
Shaman King

A few which they are strong from the start but alot of action

Black cat
Chrono Crusade
Fate stay Night

i tried blood+ and not to be sexist but females fighting piss me of

unless they aint main char like rukia from bleach

Hunter X Hunter is basically what you are looking for as Inujun already said. Definitely an anime where the main character gets stronger as the series progresses.

You could also try Busou Renkin because the main character gets stronger as the series progresses but I personally thought that the anime was terrible. I think that no anime title deserves a protagonist such as Kazuki. Oh well...

Tsubasa Chronilce - shounen/action/adventure
Utawarerumono - licensed
Yuuyuu Hakusho -- very old shounen anime
History strongest disciple kenichi - shounen/action
Kekkaishi - superpower/action
Gintama - comedy/has lots of bleach/shounen jump related cameo.

A lot of good series listed! My instinct is to really reccommend you any action anime that originated from Shounen Jump or Shounen Sunday. You may like One Piece, since that seems to be a favorite of Bleach and Naruto fans as well. Flame of Recca may also be good to look into. Or YuYu Hakusho if you haven't seen it.

Yuuyuu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin both fit your requirements perfectly (demon included!)

Yu Yu Hakusho. In comparison Bleach is merely alright and Naruto blows...its like the best shounen anime ever.
