I believe this two will be more suitable since they are already the BA in the series and MGLN has a trand of reusing the same voice for multiple roles.

They reuse some VA's because overall they're cheap and want to save money. Tetsuya for the most part has never voiced anyone important. Just some devicers and random extras.

The Devicers were just a minor part anyways. Just one recording session that get reused over and over again.

One thing we must remember, Touma is a 15 year old and it is best find a voice that suit his age. Nakamura Yuuichi for me is a little matured for Touma's voice.

Fifteen would put him around late junior high - early senior high. Nakamura had voiced characters about that age before (Saotome Alto, Kousaka Kyousuke, Okazaki Tomoya); in the end it's a matter of personal preference

Besides, all this are just wishful thinking while waiting for the official announcement

Oh, wait, Kyon was about the same age too right? Add Tomokazu Sugita to the mix

, it' not like there's gonna be an older Chrono for him to voice

If we're talking about Tohma, he looks like the kind-supporting guy typoe, so Tomoya's voice can be a bit too rough to fit him, probably somethingslightly softer like Satoshi Hino or the like(soft but not "cute").

Nobuhiko Okamoto would be a good choice. He's also relatively new, but he's been getting a ton of attention recently. Hell I think he's voicing like 3-5 characters in various shows in this season alone. 2 of which are main/THE main character.

Accelerator in Index S2, and Yukeji in Yukekui Merry, and is voicing another main character in the following season. (Ao no Exorcist)

Accelerator was his big debut roll, but he actually has a great voice range. And one that would be perfect for Touma. (His Layfon voice from Chrome Shelled Regios)

EDIT: On a random note, don't suppose anyone has the translations for the StrikerS sound stages and SSX do they? I had to do a full System restore recently and destroyed everything on my HDD. =/
