And other thing like that.
Oh, I know that. I've spoken with a great number of immigrant who complained about the complexity of German. I was just offering perspective of a German about French.

In fact, we begin to count "strangely" at 70, "soixante-dix". If I remember my history classes correctly, it was because some academists during the Renaissance wanted to include as much reference to Latin as possible.
Conjugation can be a real nightmare, even for a native speaker, like myself.

Some languages are just not fit for both genders

German for example, is too much of a male language. My opinion of course, but Maggy might disagree.

But hardest language in the world: Chinese.

When you have 300+ ways of pronouncing the same word (and thats not including Japanese, Vietnamese & Korean, in addition to their associated regional dialects)... we have a problem.

/futile attempt to rerail the thread, as much Nat is enjoying the French and German dabble

Ah, not a surprise for Sheryl to be back, betting in two months she will gear back to top 5! Same with Ranka, though I do predict she will be on lower 5 (no offense to fans~)

MEANWHILE I WILL TAKE JOY IN SUIT!SABER GETTING POSITION 2. SABEEEEEEER--- /goes les for reasons unknown. But no Kurisu=

(And I sure as heck love the male division, much as I like Alto enough, Gin, Rin, Natsume, Kotetsu and Okarin are more... Ahem, fabulous/awesome/moe than Alto. )

Sometimes it's good that mods don't check out these threads, or simply don't care.

I've always said to my friends that German is for precision, English is for action and Spanish is for romance.

Sixth isn't a bad place for Sheryl. Just nice to still see her in the poll, especially with the recent home release of the second movie.

The magazines come out around the 10th of each month...so I suspect we haven't quite seen the full effect of the BD/DVD release yet....

Yeah, well, K-ON has always dominated the Newtype polls...

Yeah, but those are the good moe. I like K-On too

Besides, the K-On movie just released, so the ranking is expected.

OTOH, the Empress is still around... and thats how many years now?
