... if Maya will really die. Part of me wants her to die, but not because I hate her. It'd be really interesting and, given the nature of this series, it wouldn't necessarily be the end of her character. And yet, part of me thinks she won't actually die, seeing as a main character's death is not something you'd put in the episode title. But then I wonder what will happen? Will it be faked? Maybe it'll be an illusion or vision from the future. And judging by the preview, what will the vice-principal have to do with it? Will she b the murderer?

It was good! I shed some tears for Akari and Maya. Still recovering from the knife stab of sadness/depression in Sekirei second season episode 10 but it was good. My thoughts during the parts of the episode.......the first thing was how Akari's family was in the beginning....so heart warming and the mother looked nice to=>

This will be a truly sad moment. Not as killer as what happened to me in Sekirei 2 episode 10 but I might write a small memorial for Maya. A truly sad part is awaiting us and I suspect the VP being the culprit.......damn her! This ruins anything as possible for season 2. Most likely they will end it this season. Such a waste to have killed off a beautiful character such as Maya! She was magnificent in every aspect. I hope she gets revived somehow with time travel or fuses with Uchida for a crazy super power up somehow. I will at this moment as it will happen in episode 11. Episode is easy 10/10 for Maya's warm moments with her and her crying also for Akari/father resolve.

Well, compared to the previous episode, the little sobstory about the newbie-voiced Akari-chan was done a lot better. Actually kind of sad...
But to break all impressions of this episode was the preview, which took the episode by killing(?) Maya. Now that was surprising...! Guess the story is finally starting to move again...

I kind of wish they make her innocenet after all, just to go beyond our expectations.

I think Mikaze's weird face has been talked the possibility of her being a Yandere but my concern is more that she is just jealous of VP but since Maya was mentioned I think Mikaze might think Abe ditched her and VP for Maya. I still think VP might do something to Maya next episode but this is just assuming with preview of course.

Nice episode. I liked the resolution of Akari's story, touching. also the bunmei and maya relationship progression is nice, though he still managed to get hit in the face What a preview, i'm nervous about next weeks ep

Maybe Maya is going to pretend to be dead to draw out their real enemies? After all Maya has the resolve now (plot wise) and they only have 2 episode to wrap up (reality wise)

It would be shocking if Maya is really dead next episode and not revived. Anyone has examples that 1. the anime killed off its main character before the final episode 2. They show it on preview?

Episode 10 was good. I liked the conclusion to Akari's story. She got the sendoff that she deserved. I liked the scene in Maya's house where she realizes that the school was built for her. I felt really bad for her. Loved the scene with Mikaze and the vice principal. It was quite funny.

About the preview, I don't buy it for a second. They probably took it out of context to make it seem like she's dead. It would be kind of dumb to have her die next episode, and it would be retarded for them to give a bombshell away like that in the preview. My guess it's a fake death.

By the way, since Mikaze showed up, way back a month or two ago, I get this feeling that she is or is directly responsible for the coming apocalypse. What do you think, especially since that jeleous reaction she had when Fumiaki left; it was the first time she was shown losing her temper.

The only way I see a fake death is 1. Ketchup or 2.Fake blood. Her eyes though did show signs it might not be so revival is primordial. How would be a nice thing to see.

I can't remember if this has been discussed before or not. Today, I realized that if Bunmei & Maya succeed in preventing the alien takeover, they will invoke the grandfather paradox of time travel. Some time-travel theorists believe that the universe avoids the grandfather paradox by simply not letting the past be altered. Maybe that's why the 5 previous Abes failed in their attempts. And going forward with the idea, it means Bunmei and Maya are destined to fail as well even if they do find the Nostradamus Key.
