I'm convinced that I've been cursed

I'm currently playing one of the most tactically intensive/boring game of my life. 6 exhaustive draws in we are still in the east round. Heck, I've had to bail in almost all of the hands I've played.

update: Wow, just great, and the one time i manage to get to riichi someone wins on a discard.

Don't let the losing streaks get to you too much. The break should help you get all that losing out of your system...sometimes you need a mental break because bad spells like that will destroy your confidence and you wont be able to have any momentum or flow to your game.

In this case it refers to both luck and the ability to use it in your favor.

You can get a wait on a suu an kou but it won't help you if someone wins with a 1 fan hand on a tanyao, LOL

Last night, I missed out on a chance of winning since someone won on a hand that was enhanced by a dora 3. Sometimes those things just happen.

Basically, you're not going to get a Yakuman and go for a double riichi every time. You gotta find a way to make the most of your hand, no matter how crappy it is.

I've started again already; I've come 1st three times, 2nd once and 3rd once.

I'm free today after about 19 eastern time, that's about 1AM GMT I guess, till... 6AM? Something like that. Other than that I'm free all weekend as long as we agree on a specific time so I can make some schedule for the gaming session
