No word on that, actually.
There is this tweet by YenPress, from December, that indicates they haven't started on Progressive, and it's likely not going to be out for some time. (But it's "On [their] radar")

As a reference, Tianwen Kadokawa, the publisher of SAO Simplified Chinese version, had just obtained SAOP license half year ago and it's published right before their publication of SAO Vol.12. On the other hand, Taiwan Kadokawa, the publisher of SAO Traditional Chinese version, published 12 volumes of SAO novel but they still hadn't obtain SAOP publication license....and it's based on the circumstances that both publishers i'd just mentioned are partly hold by Kadokawa Inc., the parent company of Dengeki Bunko.....

There's no confirmation on that matter from Dengeki Bunko or the author himself.

Unlikely. From what we can gleam, Volume 14 isn't the end.
Aditionally, the author implied on a tweet, that Administrator is not the final boss, so there is likely going to be more to this arc beyond Volume 14 (and likely the same goes for 15)

That being said, we have no idea if Alicization is the final arc.
The web-novel stopped with Alicization, but it's possible he'll continue on-ward (or hopefully, he'll focus more on Progressive)

kunori had tweeted something like, well they are going to fight admin in Vol.14, but it's JRPG's tradition to have a real boss emerge after final boss. Do you think the real boss conquer onlly 1 volume?

Well, we already knew that from the web novel.

Does that mean they'll actually cover the Underworld War arc?

What I meant, was that the tweet implies that part of the arc will be included. Meaning the changes we've seen so far in the story won't affect what's to come.

The have to because the last boss has already been introduced in the LN. If they weren't planning to cover the underworld war, they wouldn't have added that part at the beginning.

I think it will affect it. The LN will cover the arc but I doubt it's going to be the same. I'm pretty sure it's going to be pretty different actually, because that arc was ridiculous in the web novel. Pure fanfiction bullshit. I'm really sure such shit writing can't be published so you should expect heavy re-writing of the whole arc.

Well the ending certainly didn't satisfy my friend when I linked him to the summaries here. It would benefit everyone of a rewrite.

The Dengeki Bunko website updated the cover image for Volume 14.

So out of 6 covers, Eugeo appears in 2, huh? And all those swords in the background..

Spoiler:

Spoiler:
I was kind of wanting Quinella to be on the cover but...oh well, guess primary antagonist can't appear on the cover (one exception: Heathcliff).
