He finally build his own unit though, Exia R2 to be exact... but using Cosmic Era equipment and weaponry.

Problem is character management, no offense.

Assume one main character have two or three, HOW MANY OC do you think needed to fill the roles?

It's a bad thing, really. Overloading Character take extremely talented author to balance everything, even with second and third-tier character. For example, there are 500+ named character in "War and Peace", and it took Tonstoi almost of a decade in his prime creation era.

Well, not that crazy as you think. Basically, someone decided to copy Ichika and an unknown woman's genes to create a twin. The problem is: The possible mother is an ISA student, and everyone go crazy just to prove that she is the mother

I think the premise would be interesting that they each have their clique. Though it requires to be built first. Considering the state of things, Cecilia is the only one with a proper clique in all possibility since she has been at ISA since day 1. Houki gets Akatsubaki far too late. Rin;s clique will most likely be assigned support by Chinese government. Charlotte has to hide who she really is so she avoids the crowding of a clique around her. Laura can have a few more Schwarzer Hase with her or some aspiring soldiers to be that share her world view follow her around.

And Ichika is just trying to survive this whole thing. His own clique would initially consist of Nohohonne, her two friends(why can't I remember their names T_T) and Houki. Rin would be trying to subjugate him, so would Cecilia and the other girls.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume he's talking about the Sarashiki sisters. Oh and yes, when I read what you posted, I imagined each of the girls pulling this off at Ichika at every chance they get:

Tatenashi's clique is the stdent council members, the only one who doesn't conform to this is Ichika. Ofcourse she's trying tomake him see otherwise. This is problematic for Tatenashi because she can't protect Ichika so well if he isn't under her clique. Especially if he forms his own with power rivaling hers in influence, people will start wondering. Political power game and all that crap. Not that she cares for it but if she caves the whole scape shifts.

Kanzashi does not have her own clique. Even if the Uchigane Nishiki is her private unite, it is neither respected nor recognized as such by other students so she is an outcast. This makes her even more embittered than canon.

This idea is still linked to my wild core idea. The thing with wild cores is that they also appear inside ISA and some students have gotten their hands on them. Using the cores without really knowing the proper procedure. Tatenashi has had to assist in keeping those that died from improper usage, a secret. Those that succeed in using wild cores by luck gather around personal IS users and act behind the scenes.
