Errr... depends. We already knew not all of the girls are straight. The closest thing to official Yuri would be Madoka and Houki, but they're both Ichika's.
That was actually an innocent sign rather than flat out erotic.

Big Bad's name is Andros (can't exactly give him a name similar to Illusive man....considering that he is dealing with people who is highly suspicious or get suspicious easily)

Edit: it is like obviously tell people he is only using them as a tool or tricked them.

About the Pilot, Ape-shit happens because he use power of love(supposedly a good power) against the good guys (Ichika and Co.)

At first, he was confused and embarrassed...and then took a level in jerkass, then just slightly annoyed but otherwise neutral.

If you notice, ST!Ichika was a jerkass from the start. His reaction to Cecilia being cocky, Houki being ignorant ass, Madoka abandoning the training... and finally, Tatenashi's prank. All of them dealt with the same expression of anger.

Turned up to eleven in case of Rin's newfound Jackassery and Laura's smugness is even moreso.

Tatenashi have seen that one coming, and purposefully use herself as his anger vent because of guilt.

Except for Tatenashi's case, it's almost always justified (and in her case, she invoked it). Charles called him out of it, thankfully.

Nobody want to blame him when they themselves aren't much better. So ST!Ichika is only a jerkass when treated inappropriately, but otherwise a nice guy. (this is coherent with "Pay evil unto evil" philosophy he had in the past).

Well, Rin certainly won't call him out, Madoka and Houki? That would be hypocritical. Only Cecilia looks at him in disbelief, and Ran was kinda devastated.

Almost everyone has a dark past of some sort (even some secondary character), one of Sacred Twins main theme is to fix the mistake in the past, became a better person in future.

Exemplified in case of Ichika for example, he only knocked out his enemies without inflicting too much injury, and being serene in that. Contrast his past self, who is totally ruthless and borderline ax crazy. This of course lampshaded by Laura, who mumbles that Ichika could easily sent them to ICU if he wish.

These two? In the tournament, they serves as teammate to Cecilia and Madoka, respectively. In the cannonball, they get a pair of PS unit stolen by Madoka.

Told you the truth, almost everyone except Charles is a flat character. Why? I picked out traits I don't like without replaced it with a new one.

This is the reason I began to bring secondary character to shine, Takatsuki will be developed along with Rin and Cecilia, While Yuzu serves as a crutch for Madoka, Dan? Ichika of course. (though in this case, more like a retcon, Ichika's personality were built via flashback

) Nohonhon was relatively unchanged, but may serve as this with Kanzashi.

Quite an epic plan, I wonder if I can execute it smoothly. :|

Adding anything would change it.

Side note - Well, I planned to give different roles to Takatsuki and Aikawa. Takatsuki's the only sane man and Aikawa is Madoka's butt monkey.
