Font: Steiner (get it off www.dafont.com)
Outer glow: 10%, 20px

There are some other modifications to the text (i.e. free transforming) but I can't remember exactly what I did. ^^

ty, though im not sure if its compatblt with arcsoft photoshop 5.5, will give it a shot still.
