Does it come with a Yui-led tutorial DVD that shows you how to do cool things like an X-chord?

We all wish so...

But this was the only reference I found.

Description: Apparently the TBS ishop recently started taking preorders for special guitars based on those of K-ON’s Yui and Mio. The Hirasawa Yui Model Beginner’s Electric Guitar and Akiyama Mio Model Beginner’s Bass sell for 29800 yen each and come with a set of limited edition clear stickers to make the perfect otaku guitar. The guitars are designed for girls and middle/high school students and as such are made of light materials for a lighter than standard weight.

This means "Guitar is made from cheap basswood". Too bad even the new Les Pauls are still made of Mahagoney but they route out the wood inside making it too damn light, the older LP's are heavy as hell...

Without the guitar err...I mean Gitah/Geeta all I can say about her is that she's anime accurate. But DAMN the details on Gitah. Amazing! Music lovers might buy this just for the guitar.

Also here's the Mio one for comparison. Who's superior now? Vote! lol

Yui if only for the pose only. Alter Mio looks so not Mio-esque.

ergh... hope HLJ's pre-order pops up soon... yeah, that is a stellar rendition of Yui.... but don't want to get in a slap fight over her vs Mio ... they're both very good renditions and will sit nicely on the shelf together.

I suspect we'll see goth-lolita Mio and the other OP/ED dressed characters before long and then the budget is in for hell ...

It's up now.

I've preordered both, but I may have to cancel one of them if our almighty "krona" keeps swaying like this :/

On another note, Yui's Les Paul is hot.

can't find it on Amazon Japan. is there anywhere that sells it?
By the way, a bit late, but in reference to Megami Deluxe 13, here's the Amazon link. It got listed in Katakana this time (unlike most/all of the other volumes).

That reminded me of the Sensei-led tutorials that came on the second disc of the recent K-On Band Score set. Actually sort of nifty, really...

Argh... the spiral of doom begins...

It is quite unfair that Mio's boobies look so big. Can we have a Mugi's gacha for comparison?

I want Azunyan to feed me the popsicle.

No they don't; The Mio figure would go great on my Peavey Minx 110 next to my Kingston 4-string, but if I got the Yui figure, it would go better on my cousin's Marshall/Krank combo next to his Epiphone Les Paul...

If I got the Yui figure, I would have to borrow my cousin's Marshall head just to display it...
