Yuki shared a very painful secret with Utsumi - her past with Tohru - and she has never authorized him to tell anyone else about it. I hope, when/if they find out what has really been going on, that they feel like jerks for constantly prodding them about the sex issue, which was really none of their business.

Yup, the fiasco started when Yuki overheard the three morons on the roof that one time. Which two of them have absolutely no idea what the hell they're talking about. Izumi's past is still unknown, but his rantings were also somewhat skewed...

How long will it be before the author stops making it look like Utsumi's the bad guy in everything? And why is Eri just jumping to conclusions like that without even knowing the full story and jumping right to Yuki's side? This is ridiculous. And I highly doubt there's any way that anyone apart from Yuki and Utsumi will ever know why they broke up. I can't take any more of this, I'm discontinuing this series after this chapter.

Your question about why Eri jumps to conclusions negates your inital rage rant. He is not shown as the bad guy, Eri just doesn't have the full picture. The reader, as you displayed yourself, knows that. Yuki just ran away because she couldn't take the sight of Utsumi with another girl, not because he is "cheating" as you claim it but because she's misunderstanding him to do something intimate with Mei but according to spoilers she doesn't blame him or is angry with him.

In conclusion, Sasuga Kei did everything right in showing that Utsumi is not "the bad guy" here - Yuki doesn't blame Utsumi, she just reacts according to her feelings for him. Finally, the author made sure the reader knows that Utsumi is not at fault here, so why are so many people so furious about Eri's mere assumption?

What SK could have done better, in my opinion, is not forcing Utsumi into the active role again. For once I would've wished for Yuki to be the one after him to the end and not change back to their usual "boy runs after girl"-state. However, the current spoiler ends with Eri telling Utsumi to go after her so right now it is unclear whether he'll really do that and, personally, I'd rather he does not.

I think it's more the fact that his friends always assume he did something wrong, even when he didn't. Good friends don't always blame you for everything that goes bad. We know Utsumi didn't do anything wrong, but depicting all the characters believing he's at fault just gets annoying-- as much as having him have to chase Yuki again. It's why I'm reserving judgment on the issue until I find out how Eri punches Utsumi.

According to another poster on OM, who knows Japanese, she punched him because she thought he was enjoying himself while they were worried sick. No explanation or anything. My respect for her dropped considerably. Her impulsiveness is her greatest character flaw and it's going to lose her friends if she doesn't get it under control. And once again Utsumi is made to look like he did something wrong. So tired of it.

This is why I'm extremely tempted to stop reading this series after this chapter. Every bit of misunderstanding, every time something goes wrong between him and Yuki or anyone else, the fault ALWAYS ends up being Utsumi's.

The other thing that really irritates me is how Yuki can act like she's the victim. She's only able to do that because nobody but her and Utsumi knows what happened between them, and Eri's quickness to jump to conclusions and get on Yuki's side really gets to me. Of course, Utsumi never had any bit of credibility, so if they find out what really happened, no one will believe him unless Yuki confirms it, and she'll be in too much pain to say anything, evoking pity from her other friends. Really, I have to go with what Darknemo2000 said. Who needs enemies when one has friends like them?

Yeah, just read some discussions at OMF and able to see the raw scan for chapter 90. I'm actually speechless regarding her behavior in this chapter. All I can say, please next chapter. Good thing Yuki didn't do anything like being angry or saying something to Utsumi.

Time for Mahou's little time of explantation: Eri started to get pissed off initially because of the misunderstanding that was caused by overhearing the "dubious" conversation. Hence, she barged in angrily and shouted "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!! HEY!!!" When she saw Ucchi and Mei eating Yakiniku she went "Yakiniku? What the!? This anticlimatic development is ...!!!". And finally her full-powered anger punch at Ucchi, after Yuki ran away and he just stared after her. "This damned Ucchi! WHAT'S WITH YOUR IDIOTIC CRAWLING AROUND!? HURRY UP AND CHASE AFTER YUKI!!"
