Moot point. That is how the character art is for them for the game, as well.

As far i remember, in anime the size of the eyes tend to show the AGE of the character, not the GENRE.

If a character is very young, he/she has very big eyes; (Ex.: Aruruu)
If a character is young yet mature, he/she has almost normal sized eyes. (Ex.: Hakuoro, Benawi)
If a character is old, he/she has small eyes (meaning he/she saw many things in his/her long life); (Ex.: Tsukuruu)

The twins eyes are bigger than Oboro, so that means they are younger than him.

Of course, there is exceptions, but i don't think that's the case now.

Nah, I mean the twins say they are male in the game, and Oboro shows no indication of being gay for Hakauro.

For second, Oboro's uneasiness/disappointment has it that Oboro was actually trying to get Hakuoro drunk so that he could do this and that, but later when he found himself with the twins again, to his disappointment it seem.

ummmm if twins are boys then they are very femine .... In ep 6, when merchant came. He said "... to jewelery that would look beatiful on women" and there is Screen when Twins are trying on Jewelery :P

Hmm, game probably isn't 'lying', as you put it, as 1) There is the scene where the twins tell Hakauro they are male, and even said they'd prove it ( ), and 2) there is this post: http://forums.animesuki.com/showpost...6&postcount=22

So, Oboro straight up says they are male, and both of them were about to strip for Hakauro to show that they are male, given that he gave the okay (and they were even dissappointed, haha).

So, if you are saying Oboro tried to get Hakauro drunk to do this and that (which backfired, lol) and the twins were ready to be exhibitionist for Hakauro, you'll find Hakauro isn't just a winner in the mind of Eruuruu alone, if you get what I mean.

Those misheivous twins, willing to exhibition for Hakauro and taking advantage of Oboro when his plan fails.

Odds have it that the twins & Oboro encounter this all the time, so they play that game on just about anyone that does ask that question. Hakuoro playing right into their trap, which probably was getting boring from its reuse over time, but with the added Eruruu to that play, GOLD. Not that they weren't laughing inside, they were, but figured that had they laughed, Hakuoro probably kill them.

I definately see your point how it could be like that, but I personally really think that it isn't the case. The game writers would provide scenarios or dialogue in the game to reveal to the audience what would be this humorous ploy you have in mind that they would play.

I was thinking that what Green said about the eyes makes some sense but I think that its really hard to go on that, its just like the flat-chested issue, you can't really tell for sure just by looking at their physical aspects, because in anime, anything goes..

Whoa, whoa, whoa. ...To the personality aspect anyway. In which one will need some physical aspects as well as observation to the character within that character's surroundings when compared to other characters within the like series.
