Did you really think we could help you with just that information?
Let's start out with some basics: 1) What is the player? (iPod, iRiver, etc. -- go ahead and give us the exact model number if you know it) 2) How are you connecting it? (USB, Firewire - also let us know what you're connecting it to; are you using an expansion USB card? Is it going straight to the motherboard? Is it connecting through your keyboard? Give us the brand of what it's connecting to as well if you know it, and whether it's USB 1.0, 2.0, or how many firewire pins) 3) What is the format of the song? Can you put other songs onto the player, or do you encounter errors with all songs? What is the error?

Oh ok, Well it just says Mp3 Model-480, it hook it in wuth a usb and i think the format i put in it are mp3. I encouter an error with some songs, not all. When i sync it it says converting, then i get an error saying it couldn't sync it to the device..thats pretty much it.
Maybe i should try that DRM patch thing, any idea where i can get one?
