if that is true, then why wasn't charles geass permanant like cc and mao's.

Because his was even more powerful from the looks of it, Mao was simply the quickest to evolve since he achieved level two perm while still a child.

My guess is that both Mao and Lulu were given "wild" Geass: both given suddenly by C.C. and exposed to uncontrolled factors.

On the contrary, Charles (and Rollo) both had all the resources and knowledge of the Cult to monitor the evolution of their Geass; and V.V. probably wasn't as information-retentive as C.C.

Um...

So, when Charles tried to took C.C.'s immortality, some of her powers and memories, including some parts of her immortality were also taken, even though C.C. pushed Charles in the middle of the process. Hence, if Charles is dead, is there a possibility for C.C.'s power to return?

And does Lelouch still obtain his Geass? Can't find anything on Wikipedia.

Wikipedia can't see the future any more than we can, spoiler thread not withstanding. He likely lost his Geass, but we don't know for sure yet. That whole thing about Charles seems dubious. Wherever her memories are, he certainly didn't manage to take them.

Oh. Okay, thank you

So, if Lelouch is to fight Charles in the World of C,
or if Charles will somehow come in contact with C.C.,

...there's a possibility that her memories will return?

The possibility is always there. I wouldn't expect it soon, though.

Then it would be very fun to see Lelouch controlling his people without geass. I still can't figure out what will be C.C.'s role for the rest of season two. It'll be hard for Lelouch to control people without having geass for ten more episodes. His power should return somewhere in between.

Lelouch have lost his trump card, Kallen and C.C. too. Not to mention the geass problem.

It's very hard to think about how will this work out for the rest 10 episodes...

Not very hard actually, he can live without CC for now . and there is no real solid proof that his geass is gone. he had time to get out of knightmare, contact and instruct rolo, so it is possible he had to time to put back his contact lens.
Kallen should return to lelouch within the next 5 episode. and it would make sense for CC to regain her memory somewhere near the end of the series because she still has to much questions to answer for.

Oh yeah, right. Stupid me.

Are people whom Bartley experimented with, like C.C. and Jeremiah ALWAYS named as Code R? Or is it C.C. only? Because it's kinda catchy you know, the title Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch R2.

You know, the R2 thingy at the end of the title.

Code R is the project, not the people.

Indeed. It would be like saying Code Geass is the main character in this show .

If people knew how Anya was related to Lelouch, you likely wouldn't be asking. No one knows, only that she has some undefined connection to the family. I can't see the point of your first question.

Random question: Which episode was it where Charles stated he was aware of Schneizel's ambitions?

Well, the origin of the immortally in Code Geass seems to be Geass-related at any rate - but we don't know how one would gain this immortally from the beginning, sorta. All we know is that someone who has/carries a Code is immortal and can can transfer that immortally on to someone who has " a certain level of Geass" as C.C. puts it. Once that immortally is received, the one who received it stops aging (V.V. has been alive for several decades without becoming any older apparently and C.C. seems to be a few hundred years old at least) and cannot be killed by any known means (the manga apparently has C.C. surviving being burned alive even)...
