Poor Alibaba, everybody laughed at him for being a cherry boy...His love life is so pathetic that it could make Kouen LOL ( and that's his first time! ). And Kougyoku just make me feel sad with her innocence. The girl really needs some love but not a political marriage.

For Alibaba, his 3rd option should be "conquering another dungeon and use its treasure to build a country". Therefore, he can effectively remain neutral yet having the option to side with Sindria or Kou by his wish. With his current magoi pool, I think conquering another dungeon is very possible.

Just as everyone said, Alibaba should be the third faction instead of picking one side....provided if the author wants Alibaba to be a major player in the manga.

For Sinbad, I think he is already fallen. It's not just a small amount of dark rukh, half of his rukh is black. But I think that's all, his good and evil side is equal to each other so it make a stable state. In other words, he won't fall totally to darkness, but will not become utterly clear either. That's what I like about his character, so human-like. Just like if someone do something bad, it doesn't mean he will continuously commit many greater crimes to the point of no return.

If Kougyouku ends up with Alibaba, a large percentage that it will be a deathflag, because Morgiana have the high probability to end up with him in the series meaning it wouldnt be possible unless Kougyouku will die or.... Hakuryu will return for Mor.

No one will die, you silly . One day, Alibaba will acquire his harem and they all live happily ever after! Ohtaka-sensei has the guts to let her character choose the Tenchi solution and make all the girls happy....Then I can sit back and leisurely wait for some awesome 3some Magi doujinshi

Alibaba X Koygyoku = Best couple in the series. Morgiana can end up with whoever.

So, is Alibaba now a main character? I mean, Alibaba is now a lot more interesting than Aladdin, and his love story is way way way interesting than Aladdin's quest to the boob.

Plus, it would be nice to see Alibaba dealing with his brother in law, Kouen Ren if he got married into Ren's royal family.

Could it kill Alibaba to relax a little in Kougyokou's presence? It makes me sad to see that their "friendship" means alot more to her than it does to him. I hope he explains his situation to her and that she gives him her thoughts on the matter.

I think the situation between Kou and Sindria has improved. Rather than a direct military confrontation, Koumei and Kouen are contemplating isolating Sindria.

What's more, Mu's presence would indicate that Kou is still interested in the Summit. He's probably there to act as an escort as well and it's very unlikely that En would try to recruit Mu. Mu's loyalty to Scherazade and Reim was unquestionable. He wouldn't betray her memory so soon after her death.

Couldn't alibaba just tell kouen to deal with his mom and her lunatic group first before forcing him to join kou? it would buy him enough time to think up a new way to his dilemma, and it seem like everyone is forgetting who the real enemy is or something, right now it's kou. It's king/queen is the enemy here and she is in control, sure Kouen control like half the kingdom, but in technicality he is still not king, so for some weird reason instead of focusing on her, everyone even Reim apparently have a bone to pick with Sinbad.

There's a little problem: The only one outside of Al-Thamen that know Gyokuen's true face and ability is Hakuryu and the kid is too busy playing "Sasuke" to bother telling that to anyone ( Except his sister but I don't think she really believe all of it ).

And up until this point, both Alibaba and Aladding haven't even made any contact with Kou's Empress yet. So it wouldn't make sense for Alibaba to talk to Kouen about his evil step mom.

Kouen is not the emperor yet. Right now, he's just the Western subjugation army's commander ( In ancient China, this is a pretty high positions in military but still below the Grand general and few other. It's often used as a tool to keep those that the King consider dangerous far away from the throne ). What Kouen has is the support from half of the royal court. If he has half the country, he wouldn't bother with recruiting Alibaba.

yeah, it's true alibaba don't really know about Gyokuen, but he should know that Al-Thamen is center in kou though. I know Koen is not king, but he is in control of half the kingdom of kou though, and he need alibaba mostly due to aladdin. Also wouldn't yunan know about Gyokuen, so I figure he might have told aladdin and co about her of panel or something, my bad.

Sooo En and Mei one are plotting against Sinbad. While Mu will probably tell Mor about Sinbad being bad maybes because why else would Kou allow someone from Reim to enter Balbad. Who was the other sister that En and Mei said was off limits as she is married? I'm pretty sure that Kougyokou would stand by Alibaba. She even got the right idea that would fit Alibaba. They clearly have to take down Al Thamen so this summit should really be about Al Thamen instead of their power struggles.

The last Emperor ( Not Hakuei and Hakuryu's ) have 3 sons and 6 daughter. His 3 sons are: Kouen, Koumei and Kouha as we have known. Of all his 6 daughter, Kougyoku is the youngest and the only one that conquered a Dungeon. The other 5 are used for political marriage. Kourin is one of these 5 princesses.

My guess? By dealing with imperialists like Kou and Reme, and their works. I don't know why people assume Sinbad is such a terrible person. It's possible he's stared into the abyss too long, but I doubt he's more evil than any of the (other) guys who think their big armies mean other countries belong to them.

Now it's clear that Alibaba can't accept Kouen's proposition. He has to go independent. He has to become his own faction separate from either Sindria or the Kou empire. That's not going to be easy to achieve though.

Agree, I think if that will happen the first ally would be Reim (from Alibaba's side) and Magnostadt (from Aladdin's side)...

I think Alibaba should just accept this awesome proposal, Kougyoku is so cute.

On a serious note, he can be actually benefited from this whole thing. Alibaba can become a double-agent for both Sindria and Kou. In that position, he can leak information from both sides to the other and make them fight one another to weaken them while taking the opportunity to gather resources, power and secrectly build up his own faction.

That's an interesting idea, but this isn't the kind of manga that would focus on that sort of stuff. Besides, Alibaba can be sneaky but he's ultimately a pretty straightforward guy. If he doesn't like what either Sindria or the Kou empire are doing, I think he will confront them head on.

He needs some allies though. I like ReinZwei's idea that Reim and Magnostadt might side with him.
