Bros Play I Never.

Sat in a rough circle on a slightly upraised stage, five teenage boys gathered together. An albino, a delinquent, a pervert, a spy and the world’s most unfortunate hero each had a shot glass in front of them, a bottle of alcohol besides them. The five boys glared at each other, until a white clothed individual by the name of Sogita Gunha planted his boot on the table and stared out into the darkness, where dozens of men and women waited to enjoy the show.

“Now, it’s time to start this gutsy battle, where everybody’s guts while be put to the test! Our first round will be a game of the ever popular ‘I Never’. For those few who don’t know the rules of this gutsy duel, I’ll go over them now. In sequence, Accelerator, Shiage, Aogami, Tsuchimikado and Kamijou will call out ‘I Never…’ and give an example of something they have never done. If the other members have done so, they must take a gutsy shot! If anyone of them needs clarification, they must ask for it. If any of them are found to be lying, they must take three shots in rapid succession. Special dispensation will be given to Kamijou due to his absolute memory loss! The last two bros standing will move onto the second gutsy round! This is a test of endurance and guts! Does everyone understand!?” The gutsy Level 5 bellowed into the crowd.

“Understood!” the large crowd shouted out.

“Now, let’s begin!” Number 7 signalled the start of this intense battle. “However, there was an unnatural silence as everyone stared up at the announcer in wonder.

“Oh, right. GUTS!”

With that the crowd exploded into a brief period of applause before settling down to watch.

“I’ve Never used suntan lotion.” The albino told them simply, causing the crowd to sigh and all four boys to take a shot.

“What kind of question was that?!” Shiage shouted. “At least make it a little more interesting!”

“Well then, why don’t you hurry up and do it, Lackey-chan.” Aogami taunted.

“Fine! I’ve Never scored over 40 in a test!”

Silence, and then… “What was that? Basically, is that something you should be proud of?”

“Well that’s super what I’d expect from Hamazura.”

“You can do it,” came a lazy response from the crowd.

Grudgingly, Tsuchimikado and Touma took a shot, but Aogami and Accelerator held back.”

“Eh, the honour student hasn’t ever scored over 40?” Shiage asked.

“Like I’ve ever had to take those shitty tests.”

“You bastard!” Touma shouted out, slamming his fists on the table. “To never have to face dreaded tests, I really envy you.”

“Fuck you Hero,” Accelerator spat back.

Meanwhile, Shiage had turne to Aogami. “And what about you?”

“Ah, if I scored that much Sensei wouldn’t scold me,” he laughed, a perverted blush on his face as he hugged himself tightly.

“Urgh, disgusting,” the crowd muttered.

“And now its my turn!” Aogami announced evilly, glaring at Shiage, Accelerator and Touma in particular. “I’ve never brought a girl I’ve just met home with me!”

“I-Idiot, why would you say that? It isn't what you think!” Kamijou protested, but Aogami continued to glare at him.

“Shut up and take your shot like a man!”

“Oi, you idiot, what girl are you guys talking about?”

“Isn’t it obvious he’s talking about me-nyaaa!”

“Who the hell are you supposed to be!?”

“A fine piece of tail.”

Meanwhile, back at the table…

“Seriously boss, is there anyone who can compete with you?” Shiage sighed as though utterly defeated already.

“What’s this? Accelerator is showing a severe lack of guts in taking a sneaky shot while everybody is distracted. If you’ve done the deed, stand up and stick out your chest proudly!”

“Oi you little bitch, stop making me look like some kind of lolicon!”

“Eh, it was a little girl you took home with you? That was gutsy, but I can’t say I approve.”

“She followed me on her own, damn it.”

“Yeah, yeah –nya. My turn,” Tsuchimikado smirked. "I've never dyed my hair."

"Fuck!" Hamazura shouted, taking a shot. All eyes turned to Aogami, but the blue haired boy didn't move.

"Hey, are you seriously trying to tell me that hair's natural?" Touma asked.

"Yeah baby!" Aogami smiled with his eyes still closed.

"I'm calling you on that you sicko," Accelerator growled.

"Well, you can always check," the blue haired boy continued happily, patting the front of his pants.

"Alright, alright, we belive you!" Hamazura cut in before he got an eye full of another guys junk.

"Your turn hero." all eyes turned to Touma.

More than slightly red faced, Touma contiuned on with this drinking game with "I've never had a romantic encounter before!"

At this proclimation, there was a moment of hushed silence as the audience absorbed this piece of information.

From the noiseless darkness came first a giggle, which was then followed by a hearty laugh, which then swiflty transformed into the whole unseen audience laughing at this absurd lie.

However, the table was silent as all four other boys glared at Touma.

"You know this means war, don't you?" Tsuchimikado said angrily.

The others nodded in agreement, even as Hamazura took another shot. After all, even if he had a girlfriend, to say something like that and expose the others as unpopular with girls was unforgivable, especially when the one saying it was unintentionally lying.

Speaking of which...

With rapid steps, the enforcer of the contest sped across the stage.

Before any of the slightly inebriated boys could do more than blink, Touma's head was already locked painfully in her arms to her side, the side of his face pressing against her gigantic boobs. Facing upwards, he was blinded by the intense light from above and locked in place with his body bent backwards.

Forehead gleaming in the spotlight, the girl declared "Three shots for the bold faced lie! I expect better of you Kamijou Touma!"

With that, three shots were rapidly forced down Touma's throat. If he didn't swallow, he would choke, leaving him no choice but to gulp it down.

When that ordeal was over with, the large chested girl pushed him back towards his seat. Staggering back, Touma landed heavily in his chair and muttered. "Such Misfortune."

No, I'm not going to tell you who says what from the crowd. Figuuring that out by yourself is half the fun.

"Oi, oi, Misaka, what the heck is going on. Is this some kind of weird practical joke?" an unfortune boy wearing a hat that forced his siky hair downwards all around his head asked.

"You think I'd wear this voluntarily!" the red faced Misaka shot back, desperately trying to hide her body behind a strange electronic machine with 6 round indentations in it.

Leaning to forward slightly, Touma looked over the machine and had another proper look at Misaka Mikoto.

She was wearing a furry yellow costume with the hood thrown back so it hung down her back. It was hard to make out, but there also appeared to be some black areas and at least one red spot on the hood.

"Don't look, you idiot!" Misaka screeched, electicity bubbaling up from her bangs and then shooting out at Touma.

Instinctively, Touma blocked it with his right hand.

"Well, honestly it seems like the kind of cutesy thing you'd be into..." Touma muttered.

"Shut up!" she thundered, another lance of electricity lashing out.

"Hello," the voice of an older man greeted them.

Touma stared blankly out him, but Misaka felt the hint of familiarity from him. However, the feeling she got from him was the bad kind of memory. She was instantly on guard.

"My name is Professor Kihara, and this is my lab. Welcome to the world of Pokemon."

I chose Misaka for the start for a few reasons . One was that it was a picture of her that inspired it. Another was, well, the obvious. My main reason though was that Misaka is the first person he meets in the Index story. Index herself will pretty obviously appear rather sharply.

I bet you can guess what form she'll take.

I might need ideas for both of them, thouugh certain things idea already decided.

Both ideas are pure gold. There's been quite a few TAMNI/Pokemon images floating around, so it's about time somebody made a crossover fic.

Honsetly, I think you botched Sasaki's introduction.

It just came off as really forced and out of place.

The twist at the end was good though.

I know, but it was kind of like that in the original novels too (except that was a flashback) and I was trying to evoke them so I figured out it'd be ok.

I'm going to have to disagree. In the novels, though Sasaki's initial introduction was sudden (and foreshadowed in a "you really ran into an interesting person yesterday - flashback" way) the two (Kyon and Sasaki) quickly clicked into a natural conversation. Only after they reconnected do they meet back up with the SOS Brigade. So while shocking at first, it rapidly becomes much more natural.

In your fic it comes off as much more initally shocking, which can be forgiven, but it also comes off as awkward as Sasaki, after just introducing herself, just sort of ignores the others in order to chat with Kyon.

And the really close friend bit too. In the novels there is the whole reconnecting thing, justifying her saying that, but here there is none of that. It just comes up out of the blue, and makes her come off as really rather aggressive.

"I'm a really close friend, but we haven't seen or spoken to each other in over a year" Are you really that close?

"Although before today we haven't spoken to each other in a year, you haven't changed a bit. You really are a close friend of mine."

THat's the difference.

The foreshadowing was because it was a flashback, reading the scene alone would give the feeling that she came out of nowhere, which is kind of what I was going for here; I wanted her to surprise everyone which why I had her appearing first and then explaining what she was doing when she left.

About her kind of ignoring the rest, well part of her motivation to do that was that since she was late going back home, she only wanted to say a quick hello to Kyon and tell him about the reunion (But taking a lot of time anyway since she likes to talk), so I felt it'd be more natural for her to introduce herself quickly and move on... But I guess you're right and I could have handle it better, perhaps I should've extended the conversation a little bit to try and make it more natural.

....Ok...I think I've hit kind of a fanfic idea jackpot.....Not sure

But I've decided to combine several of my previous ideas into one and call it...

"Touma's weirdest week"

It'll involve my maid idea from earlier...

Aogami attacking him with his level 5 powers (posted earlier) because Touma pissed him off...

Fukiyose going Iron Wall Girl on him...

Touma seeing just about every girl he knows naked despite the fact that everyone else can see them normally....due to some ritual done by Aogami while trying to get a harem...

Touma inheriting 4.3 BILLION Yen from an old lady that he always helped and talked to when ever she was around...because the old lady didn't want her greedy ass son to get the money and figured that the poor boy could use a little bit of extra money...This causes a LARGE uproar...people wanting to be Touma's friend just so they can TRY and weasle some money from him...various women trying to seduce him for his money...the son sending hitman after hitman to try and take Touma out (oh the fun we'll have here) for taking (in his world) HIS inheritence...

Yeah not as crack filled as I thought it was...maybe I'm wrong the crack level?

What do you guys/girls think?

so... I'm thinking about doing a comiket arc in super ss...

Right now, it's just an idea... and I don't expect to really go into it at the moment...

But with comiket comes cosplay...

And that said, who should I include? And what should they dress up as?

Or rather... is this even a good idea?

I tried to make the toaru characters cosplay before- what I felt was that it's easier to get other people to cosplay them then to get them to cosplay others.

I suppose you can go with the official cosplays- like Index and Mikoto in french maid outfits, or them cosplaying the cast of OreImo... Or whatever VA connections you can come up with.

He may actually have to take the back seat in this arc...

(Oddly enough, rationalizing everyone else to cosplay is pretty easy...)

He doesn't really need to willingly accept it. Just have someone blackmail him or force him to do it - either Last Order by using her network authority or Misaka Worst with her trolling.

You can have everyone cosplay each other, or maybe as Pokemon? If Oriana is included she can be Mami from Madoka. Mikoto could be Sayaka, I guess. :/

Oh, Accelerator's and Last Order's character songs came out so you can also mention them for the lulz.
