really suck imo......just 1 button for melee , 1 button for 1 range weapon and 1 multi lock shot ( hold the range buttton then release it to multi lock shot , not all MS has this atk ) , other weapons ( especiall range weapon ) can only be performed during close combat engage -_-
You see the scene which show us Exia and Throne Zwei at the same time ?
That's look just like close combat engage in Never Ending Tomorrow , when using melee weapon against enemy , then the camera will change and u can see both MS at the same time like that scan
otherewise Never Ending Tomorrow had very bad enviroment and so un-real battle feelings , even when I was fighting on Earth , those mechs were just like they were floating ( dun feel any weight or gravity there , what a shame ) , Ground combat MS like the Buster Gundam is floating too althought i had landed them on ground ( they just use their thruster to move instead of their legs )
So many flaws about that game which I cant really remember quite well except of those I have mentioned above

Hope this 00 game wont repeat those mistaktes [-o<

I wager this will be an ehanced + expaned port of the NDS game released earlier this year.

If those at Bandai Namco Games has it in their hearts to make something good, they would have at least to try to release a 00 Game on the 360/PS3 and not reach for the wider audience of the PS2 market for maximum profit.

the OO NDS game itself is not good either , I should say it's boring
When I 1st played that , I thought it has potential to be a good game but after a few hours I regreted thinking that way , just force urself to a bunch of mission with same tactics ( or I should say no tactis , just try to shoot down everything in ur way ) and repeated them many times made me feel bored

If this will be an enhanced + expanded port of the NDS game , then it needs too much enhancement to be a good game

btw , I still has hope for this game since it's the 1st OO game in the PS2 console ( althought I prefer a Gundam vs game style lolz )

We need this with the Ace engine.

The Ace engine is the only one where a mobile suit can be used to its full potential.

Fixed. If only though. =(

Considering Yukes is developing it, I don't see how they could be using the NET engine. Just let it be a decent effort with the quality of Ace Pilot and I'm golden. Wish it was for the PS3 though.

Yea it does remind me of Never Ending Tomorrow which is a very shitty game. I'll just keep my expectations really low for this game. >_>

The shooting part is decent in ACE, but close quarter combat is an absolute snooze-fest


VS series FTW(But all the updates for gundam vs gundam have been really lame so far. No hidden units? Where's my Exia? T_T Common Capcom)

Actually, to be honest I found Never Ending Tomorrow to be a rather enjoyable game. I never had any real problems with it except for its choice of music.

I never had much in the way of lagging issues, but the few times I did, I never had real problems with it.

The Vs engine would be fine if my beam rifle don't run out after 6 or 8 frigging shots, its just ridiculous to force virtue into close range combat.

ZOE2 engine would be just fine
