After going through SnK I realized that I don't know that many anime with relationships/friendships between guy and girl where they are good friends that later split the paths cause of different views on conflict and go from friends to enemies. Usually it's boy/boy and girl/girl type of friendships like Naruto/Sasuke and Yomi/Kagura (kinda).

Kikyou/Inuyasha is the only other that comes to mind.

Are there any others?

Also any series that might have Esdeath/Tatsumi and Medusa/Stein type of relationships as in Villain/Good guy where they technically hate each other and try to kill but there still is something there that makes it more even if it's only from one side. I guess Annie/Eren also would fit since Annie does not exactly hate him.

Preferably more action orientated but anything will do.

Right now, I can only remember the relationship between Shu & Zola in Blue Dragon anime especially during the last arc and also Uso & Katejina from Victory Gundam.

The leads in Alderamin on the Sky have a strong personal relationship that is not romantic. I found it unusual and refreshing. They are not opponents nor is one villainous though; they are strong friends and allies. Since I don't know anything about the characters you referenced, I can't say whether this show is what your looking for, but it might be.

I'd say the relationship between Ciel and Shiki in Tsukihime. While they fight for the same thing, they choose different paths as they have different motives.

Classic example would be Lacus and Athrun from Gundam Seed.

I think you've already seen Psycho-Pass right? Have you seen the film?

Ghost in a Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Season features this as a background between the female MC and her antagonist.

Otherwise, I can only think of the opposite scenario where the girl and the guy start off at opposite ends of the spectrum and eventually find common ground. Those anime would Arslan Senki and Casshern SINS

I heavily recommend 91 Days.
