So, I have watched Ouran Highschool Host Club, Fruits Basket, School Rumble (1st and 2nd seasons), Strawberry Panic, and D.N. Angel. I want to find an anime similar to these animes. (Drama, Comedy, Romance, School Life) If any of you have anything similar (and I mean like very similar, I really want something good like these!) please tell me!!

For romantic comedy: I highly recommend Toradora!. It has a guy named Ryuuji who has the face of a thug but he's a really nice guy. It has comedy, drama close to the 2nd half and in the 2nd half and it has some rather realistic characters.

Ano Natsu de Matteru(Waiting in the Summer) from last season is also a very good romantic comedy with realistic characters. It has a hint of sci-fi, but that only comes up in 4 or 5 of the episodes.

For more serious School Life or slice of life, I recommend ARIA which follows a girl who is training to be a gondoler.

I also recommend Maria-sama ga Miteru(Maria Watches Over Us), which has drama, some lighthearted moments, and is a very sweet School life series featuring friendship between girls.

I also highly recommend the currently airing Sakamichi no Appollon(Kids on the Slope) for its depiction of school life in the 60s and its friendship between two guys over jazz.

I second Toradora and Ano Natsu de Matteru.

To you, I recommend Amagami SS, Tayutama: Kiss on my Deity, and Kimikiss Pure Rouge.

There are many more but that's all I can think of for now.

I recommend you join those of us watching Sakamichi no Apollon ("Kids on the Slope") about three teenagers in 1966 who like jazz. I usually avoid school life shows, but this one has certainly been worth watching so far.

Here are some other unusual school life shows that are worth trying:

Dennou Coil - Kids inhabit a virtual world that they can experience only by wearing special glasses. One of the best science-fiction shows of the past decade.

Ghost Hound - A middle-school boy come to grips with his having been kidnapped as a young child and watching his sister die in the process.

Cross Game - Follows a boy and girl who both love baseball as they enter high school This show was voted best of the year in 2010 by the AnimeSuki membership.

Onegai Teacher great anime one of my favorites.
Full Metal Panic again great anime more comedy and school life then romance to be honest, there is some there but its very slim.
Already mentioned but School Rumble and Toradora are really good too. School Rumble is one of my all time favorites

, however if you dont like Harems or Love triangles then it will be rather frustrating.
Also worth a try is Marmalade Boy my wife loved it.

Because you have watched and liked Host Club, you need to watch Special A : it's about two chilhood friends who are the strongest and smartest students of the school, and when they hit highschool years, they together enter at rich academy.

I'll also recommend Angel Beats and H2O : Footprints in the Sand.
