I'm guessing the OVA DVD will be released as an promotional item for the pachinko?
And perhaps just clips used within the game? It's difficult for me to grab the whole concept of pachinko machines without ever playing one, but from my understanding they normally just use small video clips for the reel spins and wins.

Somewhat disappointed. It doesn't look like this is going to be very long, in my opinion.
The animation looks nice though, I really like the Kai style.

I read the book in Japanese. No scans or English translation on the net.
Also, in second page of this thread, I posted links to the summary.
However, the novel ends at the part Keiichi & Rena start the fight...

There're 30 DVDs of Kaku out now.
They're the gift for lucky people who took a play on Higurashi Sen (I said before).

I wonder if someone minds to upload it...

Check Youtube with keyword "ひぐらし　頂", you can know how short they are.

About Outbreak, there're a lot of DVDs being sold on Japanese Yahoo! Auction.
But seems no raws out yet... Too bad, eh...
