Why doesn't she have an topic?

Whatever, here it is, a topic dedicated to Origa, a famous Russian singer who sings in both Russian and Japanese (and English, sometimes). He sang the OPs of the two Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series and the ED song of Fantastic Children.

My current favorite song from her is probably "Kalinka": a really nice remix of an old Russian folk song.

The Fantastic Children ED was very good.

I love Origa's style. So... different. Well, maybe not THAT different, there are certainly elements of other styles mashed together, but you can definitely tell a song is her right away.

I actually thought she was Indian, from listening to her musical style, but I guess that shows what I know ^^;;
