I personally found a lot of the DistorteD songs pretty disappointing, but I liked a lot of Happy Sky's songs.

Well, the songs that were in ED AC aren't a surprise at all.


Also, KH2 weakened my IIDX skills. I couldn't even beat Spica 7K, with and without towel.

RED CS seems cool a lot of great songs there.... seems like some fun CS only songs

guessing there is gonan be 2 preview songs from distorted


but yeah one thing ive noticed is that with AC and CS timing its very different..... AC timing is definently stricter than CS timing

its evident just by looking at scores.... you see songs like Spica getting AAA'd on CS but never on AC

you see songs like One More Lovely another getting AAA'd on CS but never on AC



another thing about timing.... did u know this but

songs like Gambol and Love Shine have different timing.... Gambol seems like its totally off which is not true... actually the timing window for Gambol is TINY (half the size of regular timing window)

Love Shine has an easier timing window where regular Greats window is larger

definently not a mistake konami made.... which is interesting its something that konami did unpurposely in its coding

Nobody can AAA OML in the arcades because they usually choke up the ending. One hand is usually faster than the other at drills, so there are lots of misses. Hell, the only reason someone passed in a video at the arcade playing OML was because he was playing on hard and had 100% until that part, and then it went down to around 12% I believe.

and people dont choke up on the ending at home version?

im still gong with the fact that Arcade version timing is stricter than the home versions and thats why nobody AAA'd OML

i had a video of DJ Dolce AAAing and full comboing the homeversion but im sure he cant do that kinda crap in the arcade

and yeah this sogns been passed with a normal lifebar than the hard mode lifebar (but usually on the hard mode lifebar because of the absurdity of the ending)

Playing on Hard doesn't make it any easier to pass, from what I'm told - as the Hard meter is basically the equivalent of the upper 20% of the normal meter. Whatever would be enough to drop the Hard meter to 0% would be enough to drop you under the passing border on the normal meter.

this is true too Hard mode is still HARD to do.... like u cant expect to pass OML another still just because ur using hard mode

uve basically gotta master every part of the song except the ending

the only thing that master makes easier is if the song in itself is really easy 90% of the song and just gives u something completely BS at the end (100% minimooG another)

i cant pass 100% MiniMooG another without hard mode but i can pass it with hard mode pretty easily though

The Dirty of Loudness is the only 12* on [a]7, and it has 1327 notes, which is odd considering that there's a song with 1500 notes and that's only an 11*. BEYOND THE EARTH'd.

im sure once the newest style comes out there will be 11's that are gonna be upgraded to 12's

(for example Concertino in blue definently is way hard that is a candidate for an upgrade)

i havnt seen the notechart for anything else so whatever


anywho believe it or not songs can have a low note count and still be ridiculously hard such as

innocent walls hyper which has 1200ish notes

Fake time hyper which is 900ish notes (retarded ending)
Fake time another wtih 1200 notes (same)

Scream Squad another with 1000ish notes

Colors another with 1200ish notes


if konami rates these songs on the pure basis of note count.... well it'd be a horrible and unfair way to rate the songs... oh well

The fact that the expert course day pictures are now 4 unlockable images (two pictures per day, with close-up variants on each one) means it's going to take a lot longer than usual to get a complete gallery. Though we never managed to get 10th style's OMES pic anyways...
