Hm ep 3 is about the witch, anime progressing quite fast, skipping the mermaid and werewolf part in the manga

Who cares about the mermaid and werewolf they can skip that. Looks like a few things are going to be thrown out of order. Now there's just a few more to make the harem.

Well it seems like they are going to be doing things out of order - so we may very well see skipped chapters being made later on. It doesn't really matter when it comes to introducing supporting characters like this anyway - "support character of the week" style

The way they rush things made me believe that R+V lasts for only 13 episodes..
If they are making 26, they need not speed up so much i.m.o. Regardless of 13 or not, the girls should gather a.s.a.p! :P

If they are making 26 I think having a decent pace like this is still good, otherwise they'd end up like the current Naruto episodes with 10 min watching shit move(in this case probably Kurumu's boobs bouncing around).

As for now we can´t say if Gonzo really is skipping some Events or if they just changeing the Order of them a bit. They can still add Yukari this early just to increase the Comedy till the Point where she normally would have appeared.
I also think that this Anime will have 26 Episodes, because even if they speed up, there is still more than enough Story if they going to do the whole Season 1 of the Manga. And this Way, they would also have more time for the importent Events that will occur later on.

13 episodes. The joy.

I can imagine another 12 episodes worth of fanservice-laden scenes, so those who are looking for some real (a.k.a ANY) plot development might be sorely disappointed. I do believe the newspaper club's one of the more important events, and this might actually turn out to be a 13 episode long exclusive of "Monster Planet" than anything if there is little to no mention of the newspaper club or the gang. Something I'm definitely not really eager for.

even if this is 13 eps it doesnt prevent a second season.

it happens all the time, series being cut in half so that it's cheaper to produce them and generally safer.
if this season suceeds they'll probably produce another season.
and if not atleast they'll waste less money.

gonzo usually doesnt produce 13 eps series.

also with 13 eps i think its safer to believe that the animation level will be stable.

13 ep...err...I get the feeling that this is going to be a really cheesy end where nothing is resolved (whatever it may be). Considering that it takes a whole ep to introduce a side girl character that leaves with 7 eps(?) to actully get down to business

Not disappointed though as this is something I expect, well I must have at least one fanservice series to drool upon each season

While it's true there are some manga chapters that could easily be cut and lose little, the problem is that one of the characters from those filler chapters has a design on the site, yet they still plan to work in Rubi and Mizore. I really hope they pick and choose right.

Succubus + Vampire

Yes, I'm a healthy guy, but a guy like myself found Kuromo's fanservice advances on Tsukune far excessive and annoying.

I didn't feel the show bursted out with a landslide of fanservice everywhere in episode one, however, the introduction of Kuromo's character just did that in episode two.

Yeah, i completely died when i heard his true voice as the narrator --- Koyasu has been my favourite seiyuu for many, many years, so it's pretty awesome hearing him voice as a narrator.

Hmm. The first episode was interesting however the second one seemed rather boring. Holy cow, this anime has way too many panty shots! I hope it lessens later on because it felt overly done.

Aha, no wonder that voice sounded so familar. I never seen an anime where he voiced for such a cute creature. He's alway playing the voice for a cowboy type or cool badass playboy character. Oh let's not forget, he's did the voice for Kuroyanagi for Yakita Japan. I just loved how well he did that character.

Spoiler: And then, I'm still confused if Kuromo found out or not that Tsukune is in fact human. At first I thought so when she started to target him on her attempts to manipulate his attention from Moka towards her with the Succubus charm, but she quickly revealed to Moka that did so due that Moka's popularity was overshadowing hers. But then near at the climax she addressed Moka that Tsukune is just her (Moka's) precious food. I assume she (Kuromo) quite more or less nailed right about Tsukune, because since Moka's a vampire her race feeds exclusively on human blood. And top it all off.... Spoiler: They advanced the plot early than I thought. The rosary spoke to Moka that Tsukune was in danger. I suspect it was the silver-haired Moka that spoke via the rosary to the pink-haired Moka. And even Tsukune witnessed and confronted face-to-face the silver-haired Moka. I think in a far episode he will eventually win full care and love of the silver-haired Moka. I know that silver-haired Moka warned Tsukune not to have misunderstandings about "her", because she's after his blood and won't let anyone else to lay a finger on him. However, I looked at the full picture, and I suspect that silver-haired Moka feels lonely, partly a reason for her arrogant attitude. BTW, the narrator and the chibi vampires are voiced by one of favorite seiyuu, Koyasu Takehito.
