Is this a De-Revolution?

Since the year of 2XXX, our weapon industry has shifted attention to the field of Infinite Stratos. Although in the past one-and-a-half decade, we have seen IS Technology charging ahead with leaps and bounds; however, the situation doesn't look that bright in other aspect. Fundamently, we're too focus on the Cores. Because it's a sentinel existance and thefore could programmed itself, the need for expertising education of programer has been reduced significantly. The current one are also only well-versed with Core's OS - a component that we haven't fully understand. Although it's an always changing system, we still need to developing more programming languages that is non-related to Cores. For the past decade, Microsoft, Apple, Google and several software cooporation has abandonned their traditional, distingtive products in sake of devarities from IS's OS. As we know, Cores are connected through a global network, which Dr. Shinonono Tabane is the admin. What if she is able to break into the civiliant network and control every aspect of our digital life? Considering her unstable psyche, that is the last thing I want...

"Morning, Chifu-chan! You woke up so soon... Hey, where is Ichi-chan? I remember he still slept with us last night?"

Considering who they were showing as being the reasons WHY the Alaskan Treaty was put in place...

(Obama, anyone) I thought he wanted to make that time - now, or at least start off everything at 2015 or so. Studying and modifying IS frames for 10 years would give them the technical 'expertise' to design power suits.

Plus, I still think if we had studied IS and Cores for a period of time before stepping into real development, it would be much better. The situation is similar to Megaman X. Like Reploid, IS lacks the Three Rules of Robot. Imagine a newborn child having WMD, with a "s" after "Weapon". The only solution is to put the Cores in VR to learn how to interact with human, just like X spent a century in a pod. However, that method still proved to be unguarantee, for each Core is an invidual, distingtive personality which may affect their preception of reality, and thus require tailor-made education.

Fireminer, the IS core being taught would only work with training IS, since personal IS are trauned to work with their pilot, not with the general population.

Yes, but the core is isolated as much as possible for a better connection with their pilot.

I think you don't need that much of a buffer, and the canon is lying. According to moores's law (look it up if you don't know what it is) the technology for the 5th generation should be prototyped, not the 3rd. so, the time between houki seperated from ichika should be shortened, of tech should be adjusted.

Say, what if IS is reduced to Infinite Potential? Meaning people mutating into psychic and all kind of things. However, it can only be applied on embroyo - meaning like a diaseses, it infected and killed the pregnant mother, leaving only the child with power.

I know that she wouldn't do something like that in canon persay but really, the resource is there - why not use it? Baka-chika.

lol...alright, I'll go with that. It's better than trying to wrack my brain on finding something that Chifuyu can teach him while keeping her mind virtually pure. I'm sure he's looked at footage from the students already but it's totally different to see how a professional does it. And no one is more pro that Chifuyu.

She'd own everyone in PvP. XD ... 0.o... no, oh no, not another idea...! *grabs it and locks it in the box*
