Got interested in the manga after watching the OVA . Is anyone else reading this? It seems to be like Ah My Goddess mixed with Love Hina. It gives me a warm fuzzy and ecchi feeling at the same time .

Scanlations are back and hopefully to be finished. At least that's the goal of the scanlators.

Personally, I have liked the first 20 chapters more than what has happened till the current release. We saw Elle breaking into her human emotions more. With the introduction of Hikaru, we just mainly see jealousy, and I kind of think she's in the way of the story. But I suppose it's alright. There's always obstacles in romance. Maybe we'll see more interesting things about her later on. Although, with so many women living in that one house as of Chapter 39, there's probably going to be a lot of silly chapters. I'm quite tolerant, but I'd like to see more of a progress. We're at around the halfway point now.

If memory serves, basicly it's about a guy who had probably the worst luck in the world. God pitied him, so an angel (who is, unsurprising, a moeblob) was sent to help him balance his luck. Lots of ecchiness involved from what I recalled. Dunno, it's been what? two years since I last read this stuff. Overall its an okay series...

Elle mother is also Takeshi mother. She fell in love with Takeshi's father stayed awhile with he's father slowly becoming more human. Looks like she had a choice to make to either stay with Elle and her sister? or stay with Takeshi's father she decided to stay with him. She later gave birth to Takeshi since then she wasn't able to go back to heaven eventhough she tried she had lost her powers.

So I guess that makes both Takeshi and Elle um... half or is it full brother and sister since Angels are axsexual (self reproduction). The sister is the demon girl that keeps going after Takeshi and Elle from time to time, forgot her name. Anyways she was an Angel as well but she started to get jealous/angry when her mother left and gave birth to Takeshi, when she sneaked out of heaven she saw her mother getting killed (she got sniped when was helping people in a foreign war torn country) which cause her to go berserk and ended up becoming a demon. Elle doesn't seem to have known she had becomed a demon.

It kinda gets crazy before that there was a battle with Elle and her sister she had gotten MUCH stronger and was trying to resurrect their mother but it ends up failing. It's been awhile forgot what happens with Elle's sister.

BTW What's he's name the father of the girl that is half demon that likes Takeshi who has that younger sister that was all demonish he stays in that bear/animal form even in the very end guess their wasn't a way to reverse it.

Okay I've just redownloaded the final volume jesus it gets even more crazier then I remembered about

the daughter well she's born spiritually when both Takeshi and Elle are in their combined form is split in half by Elle's sister. Somehow their daughter which btw was mentioned in the earlier volumes "soul" in both Elle and Takeshi or something like that. Well it turns out that that soul is dun dun dun Elle and Takeshi's recarnated mother. Yeah WTF!?

The instant when that soul turn into physical form the body of Elle's and Takeshi's mother that was being revived desolved. The current recarnated soul of Elle's mother/daughter in the ends helps save Elle's sister turning her into an Angel again. Both Elle and Elle's sister fight agaisn't some sort of evil demon cause by Elle's sister when she was in her demonic form. It looks both due some sort of a suicide attack.

A few years later Takeshi decides to looks for Elle. At first it looks like he was going to leave he's daughter behind but he remembered how it happened to him. So he decides to take her with him. They finally find Elle in the foreign middle easter country. The last chapter shows what's her name the very small girl in Takeshi's class and the very tall dude marrying each other. Then you see someone flying towards them it's Elle returning back you also see in the background that seems to be Takeshi and their daughter. Anyways here's some images.

So Takeshi and Elle along with Prayer lived a happy ending. Damn Takeshi became manly judging from the pics. And lol the little girl eventually marry the horny guy lol. Considering how it's basicly a happy ending now I'm in dire need for the scanlations.

The mother went through so much fucked up shit (the scene with a girl and then just her shirt with bullet holes was just...) that she snapped and killed the soldier, then break down again realising what she has down. Shortly before getting a head shot...

At the end of the last volume the author said he changed the tone of the manga when 911 happened it got him thinking. The war torn nation was strongly implied to be Palestine.

The daughter 's picture book in the end also strongly implied that the person with the bad luck is actually God incarnate. After despairing what his creation has become he exiles himself among men.

That got annoying with the whole middle eastern thing really did the manga-ka have to go there?

I finally finished reading all the translated chapters and have 3 comments to share.


1. Sanae is my favorite character because she is a strong fighter, really hot, seemingly innocent, and quite playful. Sort of like an easygoing Miya (from Sekirei).

2. Demons are freaky.

3. Chapter 42 was pure WTF!!!!

Why did elle leave Takeshi and her daughter in the 1st place. Why did Takeshi have to go find her. I don't understand why she was off on her on in the 1st place.
