All I gotta say about the Kiritsugu vs Kotomine fight is that I was laughing my head off when Koto was blocking all those knife shots with one hand. It looked hilarious for some reason, him looking so uninterested and just lazily standing there.

And dang that whole trippy scene Kiri had while in the grail was just downright unsettling.

The amount of editing for time in this episode is staggering. Beyond the Three Kings Discussion level, even. It's extremely blatant too, where two consecutive scenes would have the same two people in completely different positions.

If this isn't an advertisement for the blu-rays then I dunno what is.

About that, I think he actually cameo'd in the show already. Somewhere during the episodes of the river battle against Caster's monster, there was a scene that panned away from the fog shrouded river. It panned to an upper-storey window where a red-haired kid comes out to take a look before turning back and calling for his mother.
Edit: Found the scene, it's at 5:13 in ep15. Does sound like the same voice.

For the Holy Grail, I thought its gigantic monstrous looking form would come out (the form that appeared in Heaven's Feel), but I guess not?

Not really. The Heaven's Feel scenario is kind of unique.

The way the events unfolded led to Sakura's psychological collapse and her berserkering, which paved the way for Angra Mainyu's manifestation. For all the other routes, even though the conditions were similar, Angra Mainyu would not manifest. The Fourth War did not have the false Grail, and I think Angra Mainyu was also not fed well like in Heaven's Feel (where Sakura/her shadow ate a ton of people).

Hell no it doesn't. That is not Junko Noda (young Shirou's seiyuu). I would know, she's one of my favorites.

Edit: Since in the previous episode Waver used all of his Command Spells and with Rider's ceremoniously but epic loss, then the players are now reduced to only 3 Masters and 3 Servants.

No words can describe the loss that we all felt along with Velvet, as the end of the Holy Grail War has claimed another loss, the King of Conquerors, Iskandar.

To me Waver and Iskander (Rider) became the epitome of how true friendship matured and became; being told of each others' dreams and not wavering towards the path they chose that would lead to the realization of the unfulfilled utopia, Oceanus.

I strongly believe that the more their ideals were so different the more both Saber and Rider resembled each other not just in kingship.

One king is facing her most dearest comrade, who was driven mad by her ideals to stand and serve for others.

The other, actually, bore the heavy cross to walk a thorny path on which he ended up losing all of his comrades, serving him and being motivated by him to reach that dream ideal, and yet he wouldn't allow himself to shed a single tear for their loss.

Rider is the ultimate example of the perfect adult fearless of consequences at taking everything for himself to make his dreams and ideals come true, and yet so close and dear to all the people that both met and befriended him.

Waver, for Rider you became his most loyal friend, and he ensured for you to survive in order to tell his tale of how he went to fulfill the long standing dream, live a life to your heart's content without looking back and with no regrets.

I salute you O' King of Conquerors may be your tale and legend of your dream be spoken from the words of Waver Velvet. May your dream to be reborned as an ordinary human come true.

Because while the loyalty his Master had shown him was a lie, Waver's for Rider was the real deal. Gil respected that and thus let him live.
