What if Uchida ended up getting captured again, and he was the person Saten let free last chapter. Setunna could have been attacked and the assailant captured Uchida, or she awakened her stigmata and she captured Uchida.

I'm afraid I don't buy that one. For the narrative to jump backwards and forwards in time without telling the readers what's going on strikes me as somewhat over-complicated, and up to now the distinction between past and present has always been pretty clear. Also, Big Guy #1 is thanking Saten for bringing him the mysterious key, not for breaking him out of the lab, which he managed by his own efforts AFAICT. And would Teruyama ever address Saten with "-kun"? (Gido would, though, assuming they had somehow become allies...)
Anyway, back to Setsuna. A power-up of Speed could have some interesting effects if she were able to move at relativistic velocities. Increasing her mass, for one, which would multiply the power of her blows. (As if punching someone at 90% of the speed of light wouldn't do enough damage in its own right...) And travelling
faster than light, as we know, allows you to travel back in time*. (What was I just saying about making things over-complicated?) All completely implausible of course, but it is just a manga after all.
* It isn't actually as simple as that, but this isn't the place for an in-depth treatment of the subject...
Also, I figured out what's going on in this picture:
It isn't as clear as it might be, but that's Teruyama's hand grasping her by the shoulder. Which leads me to suspect that Setsuna was exposed to Eden's Seed not by Simeon, but as a result of Teruyama touching her - which would explain why she didn't show any effects until now. Of course, there are numerous flaws in this theory, such as:
1. It isn't the first time the two of them came into contact. Teruyama grabbed Setsuna's wrist in an earlier chapter, and on top of that they've exchanged several punches. But maybe it took a number of doses for the concentration to reach a critical level.
2. Mio was in contact with Teruyama earlier, not to mention holding onto a spear made of 100% Eden's Seed, and she hasn't suffered any ill effects. But maybe she's immune to it for some reason...?
Mind you, if this theory is true, it would make poor old Teruyama a rather risky person to be around. He'd be a walking biohazard...
